GBI ordered a difficult to find hitch for… I ordered a difficult to find hitch for my old Jaguar. The folks at hitchsource did an amazing job of getting the hitch to me with all the parts I needed. I was very impressed with their 'after the sale' attention and focus to get this right, on such a small one hitch purchase. All parts and pieces were there with excellent, easy to follow instructions. When a company has representatives that care that much, it deserves attention and accolades. The install was as described, it looks beautiful, well hidden and very functional. Grateful to have found this awesome company. And my sweet ol' Jag can now haul bicycles on a rack and even tow should I ever need to.

GBPoor business practices I ordered a Roadmaster Hitch Mounted Spare tire Carrier in October. Now I received that it was not in stock after all and delivery was to be expected sometime in February 2022. Now it's not HitchSourse fault that Roadmaster didn't have it in stock. But first I was let to believe it was in stock. Then the full amount was charged to my credit card.

GBOur transaction went well We needed the plat forms for our camper tiedowns, we had trouble finding them until we found the website. Our transaction went well once we found out where to go to make the purchase. We actually called Tork-lift and the gentleman ordered it for us. He was very helpful and friendly and ordering was a snap! They were easy to install as the directions had indicated.

GBI placed an order and immediately I was… I placed an order and immediately I was contacted to let me know about the item being back order and if I still wanted to complete order. I have bought many products online and this is the first time I have been notified. I typically find out after calling to find out where my product is. Great customer service. GBAwesome Customer Service I called the store after hours and left a message stating my concerns with my weight distribution hitch, asking for a return call. On Monday morning Pete called me and we worked thru my issue and he gave me the right change for my issue. To my surprise, he was not at the shop, he was on vacation. He responded to me twice, once on the phone and once by email, both times he was on vacation. That is exceptional customer service. He showed he cares about his customers, I haven’t seen that in a long time!
