Fabulous hitch This hitch is so sturdy and pretty easy to put together. We loaded up our tandem for a very long trip over 4 wheel drive roads. I am so impressed. I also asked a question for customer support and they responded immediately. This company is one of the few that feel that good customer service is a priority.

Due to price, i purchased my SMI Stay N Play Duo braking system from a nationwide retailer (due to price) what a mistake. They took my $1000+ within minutes and did not ship my in stock item for 20 days. Never again.Other Blue Ox components required to complete the installation were purchased from Hitch Source.

I ordered a difficult to find hitch for… I ordered a difficult to find hitch for my old Jaguar. The folks at hitchsource did an amazing job of getting the hitch to me with all the parts I needed. I was very impressed with their 'after the sale' attention and focus to get this right, on such a small one hitch purchase. All parts and pieces were there with excellent, easy to follow instructions. When a company has representatives that care that much, it deserves attention and accolades. The install was as described, it looks beautiful, well hidden and very functional. Grateful to have found this awesome company. And my sweet ol' Jag can now haul bicycles on a rack and even tow should I ever need to.

HitchSource came through, however … This is a difficult time to order anything related to outdoor recreation. I went through several weeks of not being able to get my hitch. HitchSource came through! Yay! However, I do have some issues. They don't answer their email or their voice mail and all they'll tell you is that a shipping label has been created, not that it has shipped — which is exactly what you hear from a retailer who doesn't have inventory and can't get inventory and can't get a response from the drop ship distributor. They all drop ship. In my experience, I thought I'd moved on to the next loser. Then the hitch showed up. Surprise!
