GBmy employer uses ADP and i cant decide… my employer uses ADP and i cant decide who is at fault most. the app on the phone just doesnt work , cant see any payslips. the chat bot is a waste of time. i cant see any benefit of this system - ps UK based !!

GBHorrible Horrible! Horrible! Horrible! How they haven’t been sued or gone out of business is beyond me! My experience with them is nothing but negative. I’ll try and summarize my experience quickly. Hired ADP for payroll services in 2021. They didn’t get my employees Statory Employee classification correct, although that’s what I selected initially on their program. That created a tremendous headache. Set up an IRA in 2024 which lead to us figuring out that the said employees SSN was incorrect. Why would it be incorrect you may ask…..well when they corrected the Statory Employee status, they transcribed his SSN wrong!!! Pay out the first IRA match for my employees which is suppose to be up to 3%. It’s set correctly in the app and profile but it matched the employees 6%! It’s continual issues with them!!

GBI’ve never known such an awful app I’ve never known such an awful, frustrating app as this one. It fails to recognise email addresses and when attempting to input a UK mobile number ALWAYS auto deletes the entry and goes back to a US country code, you cannot deleted the US county dial code and select the UK as it reverts automatically back. Delete the app, you will save yourself a lot of pain

AUDont use ADP Issue after issue for the time we used them. Weekly concerns from incorrect pays from team. Manager spent more time on the phone correcting ADP mistakes than doing her own job. Moved companies and now they will not even talk to me as we are a ceased client. Cannot access the eletronic records (which were a shambles anyway) as they have " wiped them" - is that even legal? Tried calling , was told " we shouldnt even be speaking to you as you are a ceased client". Clearly not interested in winnig me back! Shocking customer service

GBIncompetent at best, more likely evil This company is terrible, do not trust them with your retirement money. My experience with them has been awful, I won't get into it because it's a long and painful story - but their customer service was the worst I've ever had.
