MXAmazing ADP service. Thru the years and in many companies I have used ADP. It always been fine/reliable, but on my last interaction they were better than any service I ever used. It was like if they were waiting for my call with the nicest agent, Mhel case #38966164, babysitting me on the phone until my issue was resolved. I wish every interaction with a help desk could be as nice as she was.

SGMy company has outsourced our payroll… My company has outsourced our payroll services and engaged ADP to be the vendor. It has been a disaster right from Day 1, where all the deadlines are missed. Contacting the project team is only available via email, resulting in a protracted delay in the turnaround time. It's totally futile to give deadlines to ADP, as they have been unable to meet them. No reply to our emails as their client like a few mths, then their lackadaisical replies to their failure in meeting our deadlines as their clients have further worsened the entire situation. Has their management and regional customer service boss remedied and implemented damage control measures to mitigate all these? None at all. In my entire HR career which spans over 20 yrs overseeing local n regional HR, I have worked with many vendors within n outside HR. ADP is the worst vendor that I have worked with and the entire customer onboarding experience sucks. I hope none of u out there have to go through such a painful experience as me. Incidentally, I am not the one who proposed to outsource this entire payroll outsourcing project to ADP as my predecessor made this fatal mistake.

CADon't waste your time and money with ADP I really don't know how this people still operating a business. Everything they do have mistakes and they take forever to fix... Horrible experience since day 1!

AUDont use ADP Issue after issue for the time we used them. Weekly concerns from incorrect pays from team. Manager spent more time on the phone correcting ADP mistakes than doing her own job. Moved companies and now they will not even talk to me as we are a ceased client. Cannot access the eletronic records (which were a shambles anyway) as they have " wiped them" - is that even legal? Tried calling , was told " we shouldnt even be speaking to you as you are a ceased client". Clearly not interested in winnig me back! Shocking customer service

GBI’ve never known such an awful app I’ve never known such an awful, frustrating app as this one. It fails to recognise email addresses and when attempting to input a UK mobile number ALWAYS auto deletes the entry and goes back to a US country code, you cannot deleted the US county dial code and select the UK as it reverts automatically back. Delete the app, you will save yourself a lot of pain
