My accounting firm transferred my… My accounting firm transferred my company over to ADP in December of 2023. It has been a complete disaster they have debited our accounts for taxes never paid to state. W2’s incorrect and customer service is awful and nobody seems to know what there doing. I’ve terminated and looking at possible litigation to recover funds. Don’t use this company!!

DO NOT GO WITH ADP! There are so many things wrong with this program I don't know where to start. The coding changes without warning or reason and pays constantly come out wrong, we are charged outrageous (over $400 for a two week period) service fees when we call to have them fix problems they cause, pay rates change, numbers I impute are changed. I would rather do the payroll by hand and not have ADP touch it they are a costly way to mess up your payroll.

Use anything BUT ADP! After providing ADP with ample opportunities to fix a situation... After moving (and updating my address), ADP did not take out taxes for my new state, but continued to take them out for my previous state. I didn't catch, until tax time, that this had been occurring for 3 months. Correcting this took an annoying amount of time, but finally I had a proper W2 in my hand. At some point, there was a "glitch" (how it was described to us) in the ADP system and a corrected W2 was created and filed. Which had run double pay stubs for 3 months. Resulting in the appearance of double pay (would that actually have occurred). We discovered this once we received a letter from the IRS demanding the extra in taxes plus a penalty for under reporting. EIGHT MONTHS later, ADP is still in the process of "researching" this issue, whilst refusing to issue an accurate W2-C (which, after hours on hold with the IRS, I have been informed is the document that I need to furnish). I am currently facing a lien from the IRS as well as a grave amount of stress that this has been caused from an "administrative error" that ADP appears to be in no hurry to correct. This platform may work for some people, but after my experience, I would never use nor recommend.

My company has outsourced our payroll… My company has outsourced our payroll services and engaged ADP to be the vendor. It has been a disaster right from Day 1, where all the deadlines are missed. Contacting the project team is only available via email, resulting in a protracted delay in the turnaround time. It's totally futile to give deadlines to ADP, as they have been unable to meet them. No reply to our emails as their client like a few mths, then their lackadaisical replies to their failure in meeting our deadlines as their clients have further worsened the entire situation. Has their management and regional customer service boss remedied and implemented damage control measures to mitigate all these? None at all. In my entire HR career which spans over 20 yrs overseeing local n regional HR, I have worked with many vendors within n outside HR. ADP is the worst vendor that I have worked with and the entire customer onboarding experience sucks. I hope none of u out there have to go through such a painful experience as me. Incidentally, I am not the one who proposed to outsource this entire payroll outsourcing project to ADP as my predecessor made this fatal mistake.
