Great First Experience I joined IDeal in January as a customer to cover my 2002 Porsche. Both Brittany and Shaun were extremely helpful in getting me onboard, explaining all their time patiently. My first opportunity to use their service came up last week. The shop completed the work and IDeal covered everything they stated in their contract and paid the shop for their services. Shaun was again extremely helpful during the repair process, answering my questions to ensure reimbursement requests were handled properly. Great first experience. Thank you IDeal.

I Had PAID IN FULL : FOR A THREE YEAR POLICY , MY TRUCK BROKE DOWN 4 MONTHS LATER.. I Called and was Told to take it To a Licensed Facility. To Make it SHORT IT WAS IN THE SHOP AND AFTER MANY TEXT MESSAGES AND EMAILS & PHONE CALLS; IDEALAUTO PROTECT. NEVER PAID OR COVERED "" ANYTHING""!!!! Please DO NOT WAST YOUR MONEY!!!!

SCAM SCAM! I purchased a plan on 5/18/20 and canceled it on 11/24/20 as of 6/8/21 and at least 7 attempts they will not refund me what they owe. Every time I call they tell me they are issuing the refund and it never comes. Unfortunately I did not do my homework well enough before this purchase, if you look on Yelp or any other reputable site they only have 1 star/ very bad reviews. I hope this review will help someone not get scammed!

SCAM ALERT!! SCAM ALERT!!! I purchased this 4yr/60k mile extended warranty for my car for $3000. The one time I actually needed to make a claim they made excuses after excuses and ended up not covering anything. I spent 3 month going back and fourth with them. I even resourced their business address which was a fraud also. I highly recommend not to get involved with this company what so ever. If I could give them a 0 star instead of 1 I would.
