Excellent Customer Service Shaun Michael is a very pleasant and helpful person. He went above and beyond to ensure that all my concerns were handled in a professional and courteous manner and promptly. He has excellent customer service skills and a bubbly personality. It’s comforting for me as a new customer to know that I have Shaun as a valuable resource. I highly recommend him as an asset to this company and if I could give him a higher rating than five stars I would gladly do so without any hesitation.

SCAM SCAM! I purchased a plan on 5/18/20 and canceled it on 11/24/20 as of 6/8/21 and at least 7 attempts they will not refund me what they owe. Every time I call they tell me they are issuing the refund and it never comes. Unfortunately I did not do my homework well enough before this purchase, if you look on Yelp or any other reputable site they only have 1 star/ very bad reviews. I hope this review will help someone not get scammed!

Shaun has been great Shaun has been great! He answered every question i had in detail . It was my first time getting extended warranty. I truly think i got a amazing deal on coverage that other places wouldn’t provide . he made me feel truly comfortable in getting coverage that same day within about a hour of talking to him . I’m also going through a rough patch currently and he’s very flexible and understanding to my situation with any judgment on if i needed to leave or was gonna be late on payment .
