From the start Zach was a phenomenal representative and answered all my questions and concerns. I just brought my vehicle into service and Mr. Harper was attentive throughout the whole process. BUYER BEWARE Not sure where all these good reviews are coming from but this company is a complete scam. Look at BBB instead they are much more accurate. This “company” scammed me into purchasing their extended warranty, and when push came to shove and it was time for me to file a claim- they basically told me they wouldn’t cover the repairs due to their inspector stating the damages were “pre existing”. Even when I have a car fax mentioning nothing wrong with the it. How the heck do you know if something is pre existing or not? If that’s the case can you also tell when the damage occurred? There’s a bunch of fine print these guys purposely avoid explaining to you upon purchasing. Furthermore, when I attempt to get refund they send over an NDA basically stipulating that you can not talk about the company after cancellation and can’t request a refund. BUYER BEWARE!

Excellent Customer Service Shaun Michael is a very pleasant and helpful person. He went above and beyond to ensure that all my concerns were handled in a professional and courteous manner and promptly. He has excellent customer service skills and a bubbly personality. It’s comforting for me as a new customer to know that I have Shaun as a valuable resource. I highly recommend him as an asset to this company and if I could give him a higher rating than five stars I would gladly do so without any hesitation.

I have no doubt my decision for coverage by this company gives me the best bang for my buck. By choosing the plan best suited for my situation, I am covered completely on my Toyota Avalon Hybrid.
