SCAM SCAM! I purchased a plan on 5/18/20 and canceled it on 11/24/20 as of 6/8/21 and at least 7 attempts they will not refund me what they owe. Every time I call they tell me they are issuing the refund and it never comes. Unfortunately I did not do my homework well enough before this purchase, if you look on Yelp or any other reputable site they only have 1 star/ very bad reviews. I hope this review will help someone not get scammed!

Shaun Michaels is the rep you want Shaun Michaels is my representative. He is awesome! He is quick to response to my requests and goes beyond the call of duty to make sure I am happy with the service provided. He has gone to bat for me when I needed my policy transferred to a new car and worked with upper management to make it happen. I would highly recommend working with Shaun and Ideal Auto as they have been a pleasure to work with.

BUYER BEWARE Not sure where all these good reviews are coming from but this company is a complete scam. Look at BBB instead they are much more accurate. This “company” scammed me into purchasing their extended warranty, and when push came to shove and it was time for me to file a claim- they basically told me they wouldn’t cover the repairs due to their inspector stating the damages were “pre existing”. Even when I have a car fax mentioning nothing wrong with the it. How the heck do you know if something is pre existing or not? If that’s the case can you also tell when the damage occurred? There’s a bunch of fine print these guys purposely avoid explaining to you upon purchasing. Furthermore, when I attempt to get refund they send over an NDA basically stipulating that you can not talk about the company after cancellation and can’t request a refund. BUYER BEWARE!

They'll take your money then leave you hanging when you need them the most. Joshua is one of them.
