Will Tarpley and Josh Walker have delivered on everything they promised with outstanding customer service. I have researched many other quotes from warranty companies that fell short. I have no doubt my decision for coverage by this company gives me the best bang for my buck. By choosing the plan best suited for my situation, I am covered completely on my Toyota Avalon Hybrid. Shawn was great to work with Shawn was great to work with. He was talking to me but more so answering my husband's questions. He had every answer right away. And he didn't act as if any question was silly. He was prompt with return calls, even when my phone kept putting them to spam. He is a good guy!

SCAM SCAM! I purchased a plan on 5/18/20 and canceled it on 11/24/20 as of 6/8/21 and at least 7 attempts they will not refund me what they owe. Every time I call they tell me they are issuing the refund and it never comes. Unfortunately I did not do my homework well enough before this purchase, if you look on Yelp or any other reputable site they only have 1 star/ very bad reviews. I hope this review will help someone not get scammed!

Don't fall for these scammers Don't fall for these scammers. I'm a living proof of that. This company or whatever they call it is a pyramid scheme. They'll take your money then leave you hanging when you need them the most. Joshua is one of them.
