If I could give no stars I would If I could give no stars I would! HORRIBLE! I first got a car from carhop in 2021, it was great, not a problem. I went back when I decided to upgrade as advertised! It was good at first…..I decided to take the car on a road trip. It broke down, the engine, $3919 later, out of pocket I was back on the road with NO help from Carhop. Now the front end is having problems, the alternator is going out, the sunroof doesn’t work, which they didn’t even test! I found out it didn’t work in the car wash! When I contacted the Ft. Collins dealership where I got it, I was told to take it to a shop completely out of my way even though I asked for a local shop number! I’ve already put a ton of money into fixing it and now I have to take more time and money to have it looked at again! Out of pocket! Then pay to have it fixed till I meet the 250 deductible! At this point I have put more money into repairs than I even paid on it. I asked to take back the car and get into something that wasn’t breaking down, I was told no. They’ll take back the car but not give me a replacement!! I will never use CarHop again and I will make sure everyone I know, knows that it’s a rip off!

I upgraded it to a SUV. I am so excited. These ladies will go above and beyond to make the purchase happen. What a awesome early Christmas gift for me. Thanks again for all your hard work. Car Hop is a scam 100% Car Hop is a scam 100%. I've had transmission problems with my car since I got it, which they FAILED to mention even though I asked. Now I bring it into their certified mechanics, and they're telling me my transmission has nothing wrong with it and that I should wait. My car HAS OBVIOUS TRANSMISSION ISSUES, and they are TRYING TO STALL ME UNTIL MY WARRANTY EXPIRES. They knew I went in there with issues and money struggles, they gave me a hunk of crap car and lied about it. Now I'm screwed, so THANK YOU CAR HOP. YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED FOR TAKING ADVANTAGE OF YOUR CUSTOMERS.

I ABSOLUTELY love going to the carhop… I ABSOLUTELY love going to the carhop located in Lakewood. I'm never disappointed with them. I MOST OF ALL would love to give a big shout out to Jacob. Jacob was BEYOND AMAZING. He took his time and worked overtime just to make sure that I got Approved and walked out with a car. He made sure to go above and beyond for me and I truly appreciate that... Thank you Carhop again for providing me with such wonderful experience like always 😀👍...
