DONT GO HERE This rating that you are seeing is not for carhop this is the dirtiest place and very bad customer service ever. The cars break down within days of driving it off the lot. Then they have contracts with companies like pep boys who try to help but because of the fact that car hop has up to two weeks before they send payment for your car to get repairs done you’ll be done lost your job. Please just use Uber or Lyft don’t mess up your credit dealing with them. They probably had there staff write them other ratings

The best place to get a car I bought a car here a year ago and then I traded that in this year for another car and they are so professional and helpful and all around a great place to buy a car! I've referred a friend here and she got a car here as well so I will refer people here is they are looking for a good place to buy one!

The absolute worst dealership ever!!! They prey on people with bad credit and then charge 3x market value for their junk vehicles. The sales staff and management pressure you into leaving a great review for them before you even leave the dealership. They sold me a 2005 trailblazer that kbbs for about 2500 for over $10000 once the payments have been made and its had nothing but problems all of which are not covered by their worthless warranty. PLEASE STAY AWAY!!

If I could give no stars I would If I could give no stars I would! HORRIBLE! I first got a car from carhop in 2021, it was great, not a problem. I went back when I decided to upgrade as advertised! It was good at first…..I decided to take the car on a road trip. It broke down, the engine, $3919 later, out of pocket I was back on the road with NO help from Carhop. Now the front end is having problems, the alternator is going out, the sunroof doesn’t work, which they didn’t even test! I found out it didn’t work in the car wash! When I contacted the Ft. Collins dealership where I got it, I was told to take it to a shop completely out of my way even though I asked for a local shop number! I’ve already put a ton of money into fixing it and now I have to take more time and money to have it looked at again! Out of pocket! Then pay to have it fixed till I meet the 250 deductible! At this point I have put more money into repairs than I even paid on it. I asked to take back the car and get into something that wasn’t breaking down, I was told no. They’ll take back the car but not give me a replacement!! I will never use CarHop again and I will make sure everyone I know, knows that it’s a rip off!

Guaranteed junk cars that need High dollar repairs Guaranteed junk cars that will need a high dollar amount of repair because the so called "warranty" is absolute junk as well. Do your self a favor and save your money. Buy from another dealer or private party. $10,000 bucks seems like a ripoff for the cars that these folks are selling at a payment of $88 bucks per week. You can get a much nicer vehicle for the same money without the worry of it breaking down and needing high dollar repairs shortly after you take delivery. I dont recommend this business.
