embracing the unexpected.. we recently traveled on go bus for the first time..unfortunately, due to my husband having a medical emergency, we only managed to be on the bus for about two hours..we had no choice but to ask the bus driver to stop and request an ambulance.. our driver, ramon, was cool, calm and collected and we were transported and in the local hospital emergency room in about fifteen minutes..i can’t say enough how much we appreciate the professionalism and compassion that was shown..

Had the most courteous Had the most courteous, informative, and overall wonderful experience due solely to the driver of my GO bus. His name was Enrique (not sure of spelling) and I made a note of the bus number because he was so fabulous. The bus # from the Pearson airport to Hamilton was 2538. He should be acknowledged for excellent service! He was so informative and helpful to everyone. Really made the last leg of my journey comfortable.

Best ride ever. I have previously traveled this route 8 times prior to (today). I am writing a review because I am so impressed with the driver. So is my family of 6 from traveling at 5:30 from NYC. Kamal the driver, from the beginning when he walk up to us treated us as if everyone were Royalty. He made everything possible for a great ride. His bedside manners are over the top and driving abilities are incredible. I have never encountered a driver so well trained and polite that goes above and beyond to make sure that we have a great experience. Gisella

The bus driver got lost The bus driver got lost - he did not know where the pick-up spot was in MD. This resulted in us taking a 45 min detour, which caused us to hit NYC rush hour and I missed Valentine's Day dinner reservations with my boyfriend which was the entire reason I was traveling up there anyways. Very upset with this service, and will not be using this company again.

Go bus driver Kuljit from bus 8420...THANK YOU Go bus driver Kuljit from bus 8420 literally saved me tonight from commuting all the way from MIlton Go to dixie go as I ended up on the wrong bus! He was so understanding and caring with my situation and what he did next was way well above a passengers expectation! He took the time to coordinate a return ride to dixie go with another go bus driver giving my description and explained to him of my situation, a genuine act of kindness indeed! I’m so happy to be a go rider everyday, especially because I know that I will be taken care of when a situation like this arises 😊 Thanks Kuljit! ❤️
