Horrible horrible horrible customer… Horrible horrible horrible customer service!! I was promised my item would be here by a certain date which was delayed by over a week. Which I needed it here cause I was selling the car!!! So then I try to return and they tell me i can send it back but I won’t receive my refund cause of the shipping cost which I then offered to pay the shipping cost, then they proceeded to tell no, you still wouldn’t get a refund . So the best you could do is try sell it to someone else!!! Absolutely do not use this company they are a total joke, and not to mention it wasn’t even the correct item to being with!!! This company should be shut the heck down!!!!!

Caution Caution, this company uses deceptive marketing practices. Their website shows items sold in "kits" and uses pictures that show more items than what are included in the kit. They separately list what is included in the kit which may or may not include everything pictured. Their answer to this: "The pictures are only for reference, we list what's included." Deceptive practice. Be sure to read the description carefully and do NOT trust the pictures. You're out of luck if you don't read what's included carefully.

Spyder® PRO-JH-SI08-LBDRL-BK - Black Switchback LED DRL I recently bought and installed new Spyder headlights. However, after installation, I noticed that the Daytime Running Lights were not the C-lights as described in the product description. According to the description, the C-lights should be on during normal driving (DRL Bar) and the switchback function would activate during the blinker phase. Unfortunately, the C-lights do not turn on during the DRL phase, only during the low beam and parking light function phase. I must say that the headlights were packaged very well and delivered on time. When I contacted customer service, they replied quickly, but the representative was a bit short in answering my query. However, the response was informative as they stated that Spyder creates the information blurbs on the headlight ad, not CARID. Hence, if there is any misleading information, it is a SPYDER issue, not CARID. After giving it some thought, I decided to keep the headlights as I like the switchback blinker function, the look of the lights, as well as the overall quality.

terrible company to do business with. terrible company to do business with.. ordered tail lights specific for my truck, turns out the wiring harness doesnt match and attempted to send back... trying to charge me a restocking fee as well as shipping charges...

Never had a problem Never had a problem receiving order, return/cancel and item, or reaching out to customer service in a timely manner. Definitely my go to store if the have the item I need on their site.
