Frustrating and disappointing experience I have been waiting 3.5 months for my complete order. It has shipped and I have only received 3 of 4 boxes as box 4 has been lost. The shipping is a Fed EX issue but calls to Shop4Seats customer service to file a claim with FedEx were met with long waits and transfers to sales who could/would not help. The only reason I'm giving one star instead of zero is that when I finally reached customer service rep Angela Allen she was helpful and listened to my concerns. Hopefully a replacement part will be sent in an expedited manner.

After much debate… After much debate over different providers we made the choice of purchasing 2 Captain chairs and reclining sofa from Shop4Seats. Clara went beyond to make sure everything about our order was exactly as we wanted and correct. She was even able to find our sofa choice in-stock so we don't have to wait 8-10 weeks for it. Thanks again Clara and hopefully the rest of the process will be as pleasant.

Safety is my concern Customer service is terrible. Believe it!!! Safety is my concern. I ordered 2 captains chairs. The cog opposite the handle that is used to move the seat forward and back DOES NOT ENGAGE. Therefore only one side is holding the seat from moving forward or rearward in an emergency situation. I'm sure I'm not the only one that received these unsafe seats check yours. A supervisor was supposed to call me but I haven't received a call. I think I'll contact the D.O.T. to see if they can start recall proceedings.

Don't order unless you have 3 months to wait Purchased 2 captain chairs for our class A RV that i thought were leather. They are not. Would have been nice to actually know that without searching their site for a definition of leather. Waited 3 months for delivery. Went to install the seats the passenger seat fit with some adjustments to the bolts but the drivers seat needs a special mount because we purchased a 6 way adjustable motor. Called to get special base and was told 8 weeks for delivery. Thats insane. Why didn't someone call from the shop after the order was placed to check on the base. Had i known it needed a special base i would have ordered it then. 8 weeks is estimate for delivery. I guess everything they make comes from china.

Just placed our order with Shop4Seats… Just placed our order with Shop4Seats for replacement captain's chairs and sofa bed for our RV. Clara, our customer service person, was terrific. She was patient, informed and very helpful through the whole process. Ordering was easy, I felt like the price we paid for our package was fair, and we're looking forward to seeing our RV all spruced up. I'd recommend looking into what Shop4Seats has to offer to anyone looking for an upgrade or replacement of their RV furniture.
