GBWe have owned our Qualitex DeLeon… We have owned our Qualitex DeLeon recliners for two years. We just recently noticed there was peeling and cracking on the arms/back/seat of these recliners. I thought it was “leather” due to the mention of “Deluxe Leather” and reached out to a leather restoration company. Their response surprised me telling me that this is vinyl…we also purchased a protection policy that declined our request for repair stating that I did not report it within the 30 day period. Very disappointed, still looking for some feedback from either Shop4Seats or Qualitex.

GBThe seats look nice at inspection but… The seats look nice at inspection but whoever installed the hardware didn't have a clue on what they were doing, 2 slides were backwards and one upside down and did not have the cross wires for the seat slides at all. The company needs people that know what they're doing and better quality control inspectors. Hope the seats last and are put together better then the hardware was !

GBNON FLEXIBLE WARRANTY After I purchased my seats only a few weeks an armrest had an issue and I called them and they sent me a replacement, thankfully. Later that 1st year I had the piping begin to peel on my $800 seat (Purchased 2) after 11 months and had forgotten the date I bought the seats. When I called and explained the seat problem they said sorry you're out of warranty by 2.5 weeks. I realize after reading all these reviews, and MANY are only ONE STAR, that this company DOES NOT care about their customers. STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS these guys are inconsiderate towards their customers. I realize they build a product and after the warranty you're on your own. The Customer Svc. Supervisor Richard was kind even though I was upset but he stuck to his guns; no warranty and no other assistance.

GBSafety is my concern Customer service is terrible. Believe it!!! Safety is my concern. I ordered 2 captains chairs. The cog opposite the handle that is used to move the seat forward and back DOES NOT ENGAGE. Therefore only one side is holding the seat from moving forward or rearward in an emergency situation. I'm sure I'm not the only one that received these unsafe seats check yours. A supervisor was supposed to call me but I haven't received a call. I think I'll contact the D.O.T. to see if they can start recall proceedings.

GBDon't order unless you have 3 months to wait Purchased 2 captain chairs for our class A RV that i thought were leather. They are not. Would have been nice to actually know that without searching their site for a definition of leather. Waited 3 months for delivery. Went to install the seats the passenger seat fit with some adjustments to the bolts but the drivers seat needs a special mount because we purchased a 6 way adjustable motor. Called to get special base and was told 8 weeks for delivery. Thats insane. Why didn't someone call from the shop after the order was placed to check on the base. Had i known it needed a special base i would have ordered it then. 8 weeks is estimate for delivery. I guess everything they make comes from china.
