Delivery date 5 month + delayed. No Refund offered. I recomment to buy your items somewhere else. Very pure customer service. Ordered my RV furnature 5 month ago. Order was promised to ship no later then 3 weeks. They wanted payment at time of order. Idem numerous time delate shipment. 5 month later and order still has not shipped. No good explanation, and no updates as promised. No refund offered.

The seats look nice at inspection but… The seats look nice at inspection but whoever installed the hardware didn't have a clue on what they were doing, 2 slides were backwards and one upside down and did not have the cross wires for the seat slides at all. The company needs people that know what they're doing and better quality control inspectors. Hope the seats last and are put together better then the hardware was !

Great customer service I needed to purchase new captains chairs for my Class A motor home. I called shop4seats and asked many questions to ensure I would receive the seats that would work for my motorhome. Bob (the customer service rep.) took the time to answer all of my questions and ensure that I was getting the best product for me. After discussing issues with current seats and how to install new seats he then let me know of a discount that I could take advantage of and worked with me to purchase a new couch. I needed the couch to have specific measurements and specific features. Shop4seats had everything I needed for about half the price I could find with other manufacturers. When I received my order everything was exactly how I expected it and the installation was as easy as it could be. The only problem I had with the entire experience is I did not receive a tracking number or phone number of the company that was delivering the furniture. There was some confusion but that was worked out with a couple of phone calls and emails that Shop4seats took care of as well as kept me informed of the process. Overall I would recommend Shop4seats to others.

Just placed our order with Shop4Seats… Just placed our order with Shop4Seats for replacement captain's chairs and sofa bed for our RV. Clara, our customer service person, was terrific. She was patient, informed and very helpful through the whole process. Ordering was easy, I felt like the price we paid for our package was fair, and we're looking forward to seeing our RV all spruced up. I'd recommend looking into what Shop4Seats has to offer to anyone looking for an upgrade or replacement of their RV furniture.

Very frustrated in Ohio We ordered a seat in November 2022, for a square body Chevy/GMC. We were informed about a 3 month lead time and received the seat in estimated time,👍🏻. however, after having 2 guys spend a couple hours moving brackets back and forth, we concluded the sub frame/ brackets would not fit the truck mounting system, so, we have been working to get this resolved for almost 2 weeks now and seem to be getting nothing but the run around from Shop4seats!!! Very frustrating trying to get them to even listen! I requested to speak with a manager or salesperson, but, they seem to be hiding behind the phone staff!!!
