GBCheap construction, not DOT certified, horrible customer service. We ordered a sprinter van couch, the Princess, last December and it came in March. The quality was marginal, very thin padding and not very comfortable. The seatbelts came with it but had to be attached separately to the van itself. The seat is flimsy and obviously could not support 3 or even 2 people in a crash. So the problem is the seat is not DOT certified, as it says on the website, and multiple calls to the shop4seats went unanswered. We cannot use the seat as it would not pass DOT inspection. I would use another company for RV seats

GBVery frustrated in Ohio We ordered a seat in November 2022, for a square body Chevy/GMC. We were informed about a 3 month lead time and received the seat in estimated time,👍🏻. however, after having 2 guys spend a couple hours moving brackets back and forth, we concluded the sub frame/ brackets would not fit the truck mounting system, so, we have been working to get this resolved for almost 2 weeks now and seem to be getting nothing but the run around from Shop4seats!!! Very frustrating trying to get them to even listen! I requested to speak with a manager or salesperson, but, they seem to be hiding behind the phone staff!!! GBGreat customer service I needed to purchase new captains chairs for my Class A motor home. I called shop4seats and asked many questions to ensure I would receive the seats that would work for my motorhome. Bob (the customer service rep.) took the time to answer all of my questions and ensure that I was getting the best product for me. After discussing issues with current seats and how to install new seats he then let me know of a discount that I could take advantage of and worked with me to purchase a new couch. I needed the couch to have specific measurements and specific features. Shop4seats had everything I needed for about half the price I could find with other manufacturers. When I received my order everything was exactly how I expected it and the installation was as easy as it could be. The only problem I had with the entire experience is I did not receive a tracking number or phone number of the company that was delivering the furniture. There was some confusion but that was worked out with a couple of phone calls and emails that Shop4seats took care of as well as kept me informed of the process. Overall I would recommend Shop4seats to others.

GBSafety is my concern Customer service is terrible. Believe it!!! Safety is my concern. I ordered 2 captains chairs. The cog opposite the handle that is used to move the seat forward and back DOES NOT ENGAGE. Therefore only one side is holding the seat from moving forward or rearward in an emergency situation. I'm sure I'm not the only one that received these unsafe seats check yours. A supervisor was supposed to call me but I haven't received a call. I think I'll contact the D.O.T. to see if they can start recall proceedings.

GBAnother one with no product ever shipped Another one. Ordered in February, supposed to ship in March. Nope. pushed back 4x and they just pushed it back another month... yet NOTHING on the website about delays and the rep said they are taking new orders everyday. Why?? You know you have an issue but say you care about the customers yet continue to take orders? Terrible.
