Bought Leather, Received Vinyl They sold us leather furniture and cushions (i.e. their "Ultimate Leather"). It turned out to be vinyl which looks like leather. Their stuff is a COMPLETE RIP-OFF !!

Very frustrated in Ohio We ordered a seat in November 2022, for a square body Chevy/GMC. We were informed about a 3 month lead time and received the seat in estimated time,👍🏻. however, after having 2 guys spend a couple hours moving brackets back and forth, we concluded the sub frame/ brackets would not fit the truck mounting system, so, we have been working to get this resolved for almost 2 weeks now and seem to be getting nothing but the run around from Shop4seats!!! Very frustrating trying to get them to even listen! I requested to speak with a manager or salesperson, but, they seem to be hiding behind the phone staff!!! After much debate… After much debate over different providers we made the choice of purchasing 2 Captain chairs and reclining sofa from Shop4Seats. Clara went beyond to make sure everything about our order was exactly as we wanted and correct. She was even able to find our sofa choice in-stock so we don't have to wait 8-10 weeks for it. Thanks again Clara and hopefully the rest of the process will be as pleasant.

Joseph was extremely helpful in our… Joseph was extremely helpful in our recent purchase of our replacement RV sofa. Together we worked with timely back & forth phone conversations to get the sofa we simply love. Joseph would not let us purchase an inferior product AND he was very insistent that we got the product we needed Would recommend him to all our “ RV” friends

NON FLEXIBLE WARRANTY After I purchased my seats only a few weeks an armrest had an issue and I called them and they sent me a replacement, thankfully. Later that 1st year I had the piping begin to peel on my $800 seat (Purchased 2) after 11 months and had forgotten the date I bought the seats. When I called and explained the seat problem they said sorry you're out of warranty by 2.5 weeks. I realize after reading all these reviews, and MANY are only ONE STAR, that this company DOES NOT care about their customers. STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS these guys are inconsiderate towards their customers. I realize they build a product and after the warranty you're on your own. The Customer Svc. Supervisor Richard was kind even though I was upset but he stuck to his guns; no warranty and no other assistance.
