GBCrappy customer service I have bought over two thousand dollars worth of seats and sofas from these guys for a Ford E350 extended van that came with no installion instructions. When I called them to see if they could send me instructions for the quick release sofa bed hardware/installation they said they couldn’t help me. Pretty crappy customer service. They told me to call an RV sales place to see if they could help me. Pretty lame!

GBAnother one with no product ever shipped Another one. Ordered in February, supposed to ship in March. Nope. pushed back 4x and they just pushed it back another month... yet NOTHING on the website about delays and the rep said they are taking new orders everyday. Why?? You know you have an issue but say you care about the customers yet continue to take orders? Terrible.

GBFrustrating and disappointing experience I have been waiting 3.5 months for my complete order. It has shipped and I have only received 3 of 4 boxes as box 4 has been lost. The shipping is a Fed EX issue but calls to Shop4Seats customer service to file a claim with FedEx were met with long waits and transfers to sales who could/would not help. The only reason I'm giving one star instead of zero is that when I finally reached customer service rep Angela Allen she was helpful and listened to my concerns. Hopefully a replacement part will be sent in an expedited manner.

GB"Great" Shop 4 Seats Dario was great meeting with us when we visited the showroom and showing and explaining the captains chairs to us even though he's not actually on the sales staff. Clara did a great job clarifying information to the questions we had after we got home and handling our contract online. It has been a pleasure (so far) dealing with Shop4Seats.com for new RV Captains Chairs.

GBNON FLEXIBLE WARRANTY After I purchased my seats only a few weeks an armrest had an issue and I called them and they sent me a replacement, thankfully. Later that 1st year I had the piping begin to peel on my $800 seat (Purchased 2) after 11 months and had forgotten the date I bought the seats. When I called and explained the seat problem they said sorry you're out of warranty by 2.5 weeks. I realize after reading all these reviews, and MANY are only ONE STAR, that this company DOES NOT care about their customers. STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS these guys are inconsiderate towards their customers. I realize they build a product and after the warranty you're on your own. The Customer Svc. Supervisor Richard was kind even though I was upset but he stuck to his guns; no warranty and no other assistance.
