GBSafety is my concern Customer service is terrible. Believe it!!! Safety is my concern. I ordered 2 captains chairs. The cog opposite the handle that is used to move the seat forward and back DOES NOT ENGAGE. Therefore only one side is holding the seat from moving forward or rearward in an emergency situation. I'm sure I'm not the only one that received these unsafe seats check yours. A supervisor was supposed to call me but I haven't received a call. I think I'll contact the D.O.T. to see if they can start recall proceedings.

GBDelivery date 5 month + delayed. No Refund offered. I recomment to buy your items somewhere else. Very pure customer service. Ordered my RV furnature 5 month ago. Order was promised to ship no later then 3 weeks. They wanted payment at time of order. Idem numerous time delate shipment. 5 month later and order still has not shipped. No good explanation, and no updates as promised. No refund offered.

GBAfter much debate… After much debate over different providers we made the choice of purchasing 2 Captain chairs and reclining sofa from Shop4Seats. Clara went beyond to make sure everything about our order was exactly as we wanted and correct. She was even able to find our sofa choice in-stock so we don't have to wait 8-10 weeks for it. Thanks again Clara and hopefully the rest of the process will be as pleasant.

GBNON FLEXIBLE WARRANTY After I purchased my seats only a few weeks an armrest had an issue and I called them and they sent me a replacement, thankfully. Later that 1st year I had the piping begin to peel on my $800 seat (Purchased 2) after 11 months and had forgotten the date I bought the seats. When I called and explained the seat problem they said sorry you're out of warranty by 2.5 weeks. I realize after reading all these reviews, and MANY are only ONE STAR, that this company DOES NOT care about their customers. STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS these guys are inconsiderate towards their customers. I realize they build a product and after the warranty you're on your own. The Customer Svc. Supervisor Richard was kind even though I was upset but he stuck to his guns; no warranty and no other assistance.

GBCrappy customer service I have bought over two thousand dollars worth of seats and sofas from these guys for a Ford E350 extended van that came with no installion instructions. When I called them to see if they could send me instructions for the quick release sofa bed hardware/installation they said they couldn’t help me. Pretty crappy customer service. They told me to call an RV sales place to see if they could help me. Pretty lame!
