unsatisfied order was put on backorder for a week, called a week later and it got pushed three more weeks. when it finally came it was supposed be lift gate delivered and wasn't, had to pay another business by me to unload it off semi trailer with a forktruck. think I should get ateattd-support bar as a inconvenience settlement, but sure I wont hear anything from this

Delivery Issues I bought a combo tire machine and wheel machine. Was told 8 to 10 business days, with a 24 hr call before delivery. After the 10th business day, no calls - no anything! I had to call to get a tracking number and handle the delivery myself. All in all, this took almost 1 month to get. I sure hope the product is more reliable than the customer service.

first time buyer I'm giving you five stars, because you guys did your best to make everything simple for me to purchase my items that i had requested, Heck the lady helping me was so kind and made sure i was getting what i needed. Thanks again Ty's Tire Shop Sweetwater Tennessee

Worst !!!! Please don't waste your time, placed order 11/16/16 , Lease company paid them 11/17/16 , it's now 1/28/17 and still don't have tire machine and wheel balancer that they said would be delivered in two weeks. They don't return phone calls or e-mails and when / if they answer the phone they put you on hold and then just kick it to voice mail in hopes you will go away. After more than 35 years in the automotive service business, by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. I have finally given up and am having the lease company (who have been very helpful) try and get their money back so I can get the equipment else where . Don' know if they are just INCOMPETENT or just thieves . MY recommendation is stay away!!!

Complete rip off Complete rip off Allen wise lies over and over again sends false tracking numbers lies about when equptment is or will be sent than when it arrives it's not even the equiptment agreed upon real joke of a company Allen needs.to.crawl back under the rock which he came and yes I have all emails to prove everything I've stated for whoever wants them contact me at Housecall Automotive in defuniak springs Florida he even promised to fix things than never returned calls just more lies steer clear of this rip off company
