order # 100007971 auto lift 15000 lb I order this lift on oct 10 2016, L can,t tell you how many times I have called and if they did answer gave onley we have no up dates , with on fact, it,s over 90 days now and they still say sorry no up date today , I have lost so much work , with no help , and money, lets talk about that,, ask for two payments of about 350.00 dollars up front, and 12 mo. for the rest I payed up front plus two payments and there is no lift! get lift before you start paying for it,,oh also emailing manager with no answer, do not buy anything from them, I will never use this company , did get one call last week give a call and we will fix this ,, I did , got a voice mail , no returns

Good experience It was a good experience for the most part, it's hard to get through to them and talk to someone and all my emails from them went to my spam as I later found out so at the time I was frustrated about not hearing back from them which wasn't the case apparently. So if you order from them and try to communicate with them by email make sure you check your spam, might be very helpful to you. I'm happy with my purchase and would use them again

Worst !!!! Please don't waste your time, placed order 11/16/16 , Lease company paid them 11/17/16 , it's now 1/28/17 and still don't have tire machine and wheel balancer that they said would be delivered in two weeks. They don't return phone calls or e-mails and when / if they answer the phone they put you on hold and then just kick it to voice mail in hopes you will go away. After more than 35 years in the automotive service business, by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. I have finally given up and am having the lease company (who have been very helpful) try and get their money back so I can get the equipment else where . Don' know if they are just INCOMPETENT or just thieves . MY recommendation is stay away!!!

One happy first time customer. I have worked on automobiles most of my life, but always for someone else garage. As i have gotten older and now work in a tire manufacturing plant I have decided to fulfill a dream to work on cars for myself. I had saved my money with intentions of finding a descent used lift of some sort. I discovered Auto Equipment Depot and found I could buy a new lift with warranty and even get easy financing for what i had found a used lift for. The sales associates are very courteous and helpful. I have already been referring people to AED. Thanks for the help.

unsatisfied order was put on backorder for a week, called a week later and it got pushed three more weeks. when it finally came it was supposed be lift gate delivered and wasn't, had to pay another business by me to unload it off semi trailer with a forktruck. think I should get ateattd-support bar as a inconvenience settlement, but sure I wont hear anything from this
