GBorder # 100007971 auto lift 15000 lb I order this lift on oct 10 2016, L can,t tell you how many times I have called and if they did answer gave onley we have no up dates , with on fact, it,s over 90 days now and they still say sorry no up date today , I have lost so much work , with no help , and money, lets talk about that,, ask for two payments of about 350.00 dollars up front, and 12 mo. for the rest I payed up front plus two payments and there is no lift! get lift before you start paying for it,,oh also emailing manager with no answer, do not buy anything from them, I will never use this company , did get one call last week give a call and we will fix this ,, I did , got a voice mail , no returns

GBMy experience with my Sunco four post service/parking lift. The customer service at Auto Equipment Depot are awesome. They are freindly, product knowlegable, and eager to help. The tech support people are also great to work with. My only problem with this transaction was the instructions were general and vague at best. however I really lke the lift and would recommend it to anyone.

GBNot a good experience I was told that I would be receiving equipment between 7-10 days as I write this it has been 26 days and have yet to receive it I tryied to contact 1-800 number and no one answered and got a. Call back next day saying that it will be delivered but just understand that Your company makes customers sign for blank contract stating that equipment has been received and when I did not receive equipment in promised time I was very concerned because contract had already been signed

GBEasy, Fast, and Friendly. My only issue with the company is some of their policies regarding Co-Signers. I was confused a few times about why my Co-Signers name was in the #1 position and mine was in the #2 position, my co-signer didn't really like that idea since we clearly comunicated with them that the tools belong to me, so this created some confusion and a few days of delayed e-mails. Still waiting to receive my tool order, and then I will be able to review products. Other than this I was very satisfied with Product options, Prices, and Features. -Erik M.
