GBunsatisfied order was put on backorder for a week, called a week later and it got pushed three more weeks. when it finally came it was supposed be lift gate delivered and wasn't, had to pay another business by me to unload it off semi trailer with a forktruck. think I should get ateattd-support bar as a inconvenience settlement, but sure I wont hear anything from this

GBGood experience It was a good experience for the most part, it's hard to get through to them and talk to someone and all my emails from them went to my spam as I later found out so at the time I was frustrated about not hearing back from them which wasn't the case apparently. So if you order from them and try to communicate with them by email make sure you check your spam, might be very helpful to you. I'm happy with my purchase and would use them again

GBDelivery Issues I bought a combo tire machine and wheel machine. Was told 8 to 10 business days, with a 24 hr call before delivery. After the 10th business day, no calls - no anything! I had to call to get a tracking number and handle the delivery myself. All in all, this took almost 1 month to get. I sure hope the product is more reliable than the customer service.

GBorder # 100007971 auto lift 15000 lb I order this lift on oct 10 2016, L can,t tell you how many times I have called and if they did answer gave onley we have no up dates , with on fact, it,s over 90 days now and they still say sorry no up date today , I have lost so much work , with no help , and money, lets talk about that,, ask for two payments of about 350.00 dollars up front, and 12 mo. for the rest I payed up front plus two payments and there is no lift! get lift before you start paying for it,,oh also emailing manager with no answer, do not buy anything from them, I will never use this company , did get one call last week give a call and we will fix this ,, I did , got a voice mail , no returns

GBTerrible I finalized my order on 8/23/16 it is now 11/15/16 and I still don't have my equipment. Three payments made and soon to be a fourth payment and still haven't seen what I am paying for. I NEVER receive a call back when they say they will call. I NEVER receive updates on my order. The only time I get any info is when I call and demand to speak to the supervisor since customer service only gives me the answer of "it should ship out either this week or next week". I am HIGHLY disappointed with my experience with this company and will not recommend them to anyone. If I am lucky I may see my equipment before Christmas.
