Firefly corrupt company !!! Having used this company I would honestly say they are nothing short of being corrupt and fraudulent !! I travelled to Malaga and on collecting the car told the sales assistant at the desk I didn’t require the extra insurance cover and they could block €1043 from my credit card and that would be only used to cover the excess if we had a accident I agreed and signed the forms that clearly showed 0.00 and couldn’t believe it when I checked on my return home to UK they had charged me £300.00 on top of the original £230.00 I paid to doyouspain.com I instantly contacted Firefly to ask what was going on ? and couldn’t believe their response saying I had signed for it and nothing they were prepared to do.Please avoid this company as it’s plain to see they are ripping off people and all staff are well aware of their illegal business practices!! DO NOT USE !!

32 EUR robbery at Valencia airport Made the reservation through Ryanair at Valencia airport. This company charged me 32 EUROS without informing me for the option called "my choice" where I suppose to have a choice of the car. However I was not given any choice. Pure robbery.

SCAM COMPANY SCAM COMPANY! Paid £330 when we booked. when we picked the car up was told verbally was we had paid in full and nothing else to pay…. When signing we was told again all we was signing for was the T&Cs which was all in code. They just said it was only T&C no other extras. A month later £426 was taken again off my credit car. When contacted no answer, did respond to emails. Contacted my bank to who fought the case and as far as we was concerned got a charge back. THEN 2 months hurtz sent another email saying we still owe £426…. Was ignored constantly for 2 months sending numerous emails and got the same generic email back. The broker said we had signed for super theft insurance, safety charges and a car up grade, ALL OF THIS WAS NOT EXPLAINED TO US AND AGREED!!! Tried to contact Citizens advice, financial ombudsmen and ERS… all either could not help. Now the debt has been sent to EOS debt collectors…. Couldn’t face the stress any more with a court order so paid the SCAMMERS! NEVER USE THIS COMPANY YOU WILL BE SCAMMED!!

We rented a car a Firefly at Malaga airport We rented a car at Malaga airport. Told out excess car insurance wont cover a recovery cost if incurred. The car park is very dark so car damages could not be inspected. Later found a wheel trim missing. We reported it to all available E mail addresses and the message was returned from those provided by their the HO helpdesk. None of the phone numbers provided are answered or work. I have phoned them 24 times, no answer or line busy. Even the numbers to report accidents or breakdown don't work. Avoid this company at all cost, they are guaranteed to enfuriate you.
