Keida White and Takora took excellent… Keida White and Takora took excellent care of me when I came to the Victorville location from the Lax location they even lower my rate which was exactly what I needed! Every time I went in I was treated well by all of the Employees there!!! Even when I called to extend my rental days there was no issues I love this place will always remember how I was treated would recommend them to everyone I know

Valdosta Ga Valdosta Ga. Had a rental approve by Contract from Allstate insurance company. Enterprise did not have an economic car available so at first refused to upgrade per contract obligation. Finally after manager spoke to insurance company and agreed to the Contract I got a car. Very unprofessional attitude from front desk clerk's. A Contract agreement is what it says. HEADACHE FOR SURE.

NEVER USE ENTERPRISE How many times do you have to run somebody's credit to rent a simple economy car? My credit was run six+ times AND is considered a hard hit on my credit. Enterprise denies they ever did this even though I ran a credit report and showed them. I was told not my problem. There are plenty of rental car companies DONT USE Enterprise!

All of those stereotypes of crooked… All of those stereotypes of crooked used car salespeople came true! The car seems fine so far. This review is for the Lakewood, Washington dealership where I was misled and lied to repeatedly. I do believe the vehicles are generally well-maintained, but all but one of the several people I had contact with either misled me or outright lied. Of course I don’t know if this is corporate policy, but it’s such a big expense, and very traumatic to find out you were tricked.

DFW brandh-This is the third car I have bought… This is the third car I have bought from Enterprise Car Sales and they keep me coming back. Corey Hall & Matt Michalski at the DFW location were phenomenal to work with on this transaction. They were friendly, professional and expediently took care of the entire process (calling about the car to delivery of the car over an hour away) in less than 3 hours! Hands down, stellar customer service and experience …. Keep it up guys and thank you!
