I made a reservation online for a VA… MURRAY KENTUCKY ENTERPRISE BOZOs. I made a reservation online for a VA appointment that I have that takes 3 months to get. When i got there my daughter left and i was stranded and they said all their vehicles were reserved for other people that made reservations earlier than i did. So now im carless stranded 100percent disabled Vet with no car to get to an appointment over an hour away from me drive time. PLEASE do not use this company

They were friendly, professional and expediently took care of the entire process (calling about the car to delivery of the car over an hour away) in less than 3 hours! If I could give it less than one star I… If I could give it less than one star I would. Finally paid off my car and happy to share the news. Go somewhere else the salesmen are pushy and couldn’t even process paper correctly. Wish I went anywhere else but nope I made a mistake. Good luck but please for the love of god explore other options. But go if you want to feel like they’re giving you a crap car & hiding more technologically advanced vehicles for a better price somewhere else

Stop playing wizard Brand new to their system of sales. I haven't purchased a vehicle in over 10 years and it took 6-7 hours to complete my sale. The finance person didn't take the time to meet with me and non of the sales people didn't know most of the paperwork. IN the end the "head guy" called and listened and decided my experience was not good yet he decided his people only needed training. ....btw my paperwork didn't make it to bank who was financing for right at a month. watch your back side
