Worst experience ever. It's a scam company Never rent car from Signature. Worst customer service. We hire car online and asked to bring proof of car insurance which I brought when picking up the car. They refused to accept the insurance document for no reason. another customer complained the same while I was there. I had no choice but to buy their coverage which was hundreds of dollars. Terrible experience.... please stay away from this company

God forbid if you have a problem - you would be better off calling the Devil !! I've been on 2 cell phones over 40 minutes waiting for a human to answer DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE THAT I AND MANY OTHERS HAVE MADE. TERRIBLE !! STAY FAR AWAY !! We were forced into accepting additional insurance, so our invoice was more than doubled over the initial reservation (550 $ instead of 240 $). After retouring the car, we had to pay additional 70 $, as they said we were not in time (we returned the car at 3 pm, and they said that the return time has to be 8 am, even if we agreed 6 pm in our reservation, which has been confirmed!!). We were threatened to pay the 70 $, it was horrible!! Stay far away from SIGNATURE rent a car in MIAMI !!

Get held hostage for double your quote!!!! STAY AWAY These people are criminals, I would pursue criminal charges if I wasn't Canadian. Never, under any circumstance rent from this company. I was forced to pay double my quoted price at the counter at midnight with my wife and 3 young children. We waited at MCO for an hour before hiring our own taxi for 22 dollars. Upon arrival was told we had to purchase 20 dollars a day insurance even though I have 3 party rental through my home vehicle insurance. So at 1am with 3 young children and a building full of Lebanese seemingly family members...... pay or else!!!! I hope these criminals die a terrible death!!!!

Worst car rental in Orlando Waited for 45 minutes at airport for pickup, then another 2 1/2 hours in line at this car rental. We were crammed into a van. Children sat on each others laps. People standing because of no seat available. Talk about Unsafe Situation! Many people were given a different price at counter than on their reservation including myself. I have excellent credit and they held a $1,000.00 deposit in addition to my reservation quote which was changed at the counter. I would rather walk than use this car rental. Manager was very unprofessional even telling the counter person to "get them out of here", "they can't be satisfied". By the way, none of the workers wore name badges, so you can report their behavior to anyone.
