GBScam Company So I ordered mats for my 2018 Toyota Prius Prime and after them taking an extremely long time to get here they don't fit at all in anyway. I contact the company and at first they wanted me to keep the mats telling me what high quality they are. (They are garbage fake leather) and would only give me 50% refund and wanted me to send them back to Thailand and pay the shipping and still only refund 50% I immediately opened a claim with my bank and after finally going back and forth they agreed to a 100% refund. I recommend to never buy from this company. If you do be prepared to fight to get your money back for a substandard product.

GBThis company is probably a scam This company is probably a scam. I place an order two weeks ago. After reviewing my order..I called to cancel it. No one answers the damn phone calls. I'll be reporting this company to the AZ county attorney general to see if they can investigate this company.

GBPoor quality, fit, and customer service... Poor quality, fit, and customer service... These seat covers seem to be well made at first, but they don't wear well and they don't fit at all. I've been working with customer service for 4 months to return the whole set and they refuse. After offering me 3% or 5% refunds and many many emails, we are finally up to 30% refund, but they have yet to issue the agreed up refund even after 2 months. And now they have stopped responding to my emails entirely. I will never recommend or buy a USCARSEAT product again.

GBThe drivers side seat is splitting… The drivers side seat is splitting after 3 months. When I call they disconnect me immediately. This company is trash. I paid over 200.00 for this garbage

GBBait n Switch/ Misleading Advertisement I bought a floor mat for my car on February 22, 2024. It arrived on March 4th but unfortunately, it was not what I expected. The product was advertised as 'High Class/Luxury Leather,' but it turned out to be made of PU-Leather, which is not what I wanted. I immediately contacted the seller to return the product, but they refused, claiming that they had guaranteed PU leather (leather-like). That claim was not in the advertisement, and I would never have bought PU Leather (aka Pleather). After 11 days of back-and-forth emails, the seller finally provided me with a return address located in Thailand, I found this odd. I also discovered that another customer had returned a similar product to the seller for a 100% refund, but was only offered a 50% refund instead. It seems to me that this company is dishonest and untrustworthy. They are now offering me a 15% refund to just keep it. I believe they are aware that they falsely advertised the product and are unwilling to accept it back. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the Federal Trade Commission due to the misleading ad/false advertisement by this company."
