GBThis company is an absolute scam This company is an absolute scam. They list an address of Boulder, CO but are made and shipped from mainland China. The dash cover I ordered had no way of securing itself to the dashboard and lacked an opening for the head's up speed display in spite of them having all the information about the model number.

GBThey sent covers that did not fit They sent covers that did not fit. They looked like maybe they fit in a golf cart, I ordered for an SUV. No one answers the phone when you try to reach out to them, just a machine, finally i got a hold of someone via email and they refused to take any accountability

GBSimply awful experience Simply awful experience. Seat covers were not made to fit my Mercedes. As previously mentioned, the 100% Refund is only if you ship the item back to China at your expense. Over $400 postage. PayPal was no help either. Back in July, support offered me a 50% refund but kept giving me excuses why the refund wasn't processed. It is now Nov and they won't respond to my daily messages at all. UPDATE!!!! After posting this review, US CarSeat without any explanation sent me a 100% Refund. WOW Only took 4 months.

GBI am having a similar problem with this… I am having a similar problem with this company. I ordered a full set of seat covers correctly relying on their drop down menu. The product arrived and did not fit and is dangerous as it covers release levers on the back of the front seats. I have been in dialogue with support at uscarseat.com since 12th March 2024 and although they accept responsibility and liability they have only offered gradually increasing increments from 40% to current 62% refund with me keeping the useless and dangerous product or a 100% refund with me having to return the product from England at my expense. When I asked them to explain why I should have to pay for their mistakes they stopped responding. I am hoping they will respond to this Trustpilot rating so that this unfortunate issue can be resolved amicably but it is difficult to engage with them when they remain silent

GBBait n Switch/ Misleading Advertisement I bought a floor mat for my car on February 22, 2024. It arrived on March 4th but unfortunately, it was not what I expected. The product was advertised as 'High Class/Luxury Leather,' but it turned out to be made of PU-Leather, which is not what I wanted. I immediately contacted the seller to return the product, but they refused, claiming that they had guaranteed PU leather (leather-like). That claim was not in the advertisement, and I would never have bought PU Leather (aka Pleather). After 11 days of back-and-forth emails, the seller finally provided me with a return address located in Thailand, I found this odd. I also discovered that another customer had returned a similar product to the seller for a 100% refund, but was only offered a 50% refund instead. It seems to me that this company is dishonest and untrustworthy. They are now offering me a 15% refund to just keep it. I believe they are aware that they falsely advertised the product and are unwilling to accept it back. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the Federal Trade Commission due to the misleading ad/false advertisement by this company."
