I wish this company would hire a real tech. I wish this company would hire a real technical whiz instead of the dummies that cannot answer even the simplest of questions. They say a Memphis Shades MEM 3620 WILL not fit a HD Freewheeler. Actually it is the trigger mounting hardware that makes it bike specific. Memphis Shades answered my questions. I never could get a good answer from Dennis Kirk. I almost bought a lowly reviewed HD stock windshield because they at least guarantee it will fit.

MN nice! Small town for the world Outstanding customer service! Friendly and knowledgeable sales agents, excellent technical support team. They might make mistakes,but, wouldn't anyone who ships out half a million items a week? Parts and gear for all your riding needs!

My front wheel arrived damaged … My front wheel arrived from China before my back one arrives. It came with two dents. Because lock down was happening and shops were closed I couldn't fit my wheels so took two month to be able to see that damage and when I emailed them they said it was passed the warranty. Then I sent photos and videos and they said they couldn't see it. I was also emailing China probably because she couldn't even speak English properly. Another USA company sold to cheap Chinese products.

Customer service department is ridiculous Customer service department is absolutely rude. I can't believe you can a run a business like this. If you hate your job this bad then quit. Don't make everyone's life miserable in the process when they call into ask a question.

Terrible customer service Terrible customer service. I will nor be purchasing anything else from Dennis Kirk. They won't back up the parts they send. They just kick the can down the road and blame manufacturers for their mistakes. Sandy is horrible in the customer service department. Also, reading Dennis Kirk's responses to some of these reviews just confirms that I will not be doing business with them again.
