Buyer beware I ordered a wiring harness for my truck, waited 3 weeks and emailed them. I was told they were experiencing “unprecedented delays” ordering parts and it could take 4-5 days to get the parts in and then ship them. Waited another 2 weeks and now I am canceling my order. do not use them, they are scammers

ZERO Customer Service! Paid for expedited shipping and the product never arrived on the correct date. Using their chat only support, I found out that the product never even shipped, let alone on time. They have ZERO customer service. Chat only with some one based outside the US who immediately dropped the chat when I requested a refund. NO phone support at all. Not even an option to call someone. What a joke. Lots of other online stores to shop at. DO NOT buy from these guys.

I ordered three parts was sent tracking… I ordered three parts was sent tracking for three parts after an entire month but only received 2 parts and now I can't get a response about what happened nor when my issue will be resolved or if it will be resolved at all . I made a big mistake dealing with these charlatans. I believe they are doing this purposefully to keep people's money

On august 15th I paid 55$ for expedited… On august 15th I paid 55$ for expedited shipping. The shipping label wasn’t even created until the 17th. How is that expedited shipping? Especially since if I ordered the part right now, which is the 18th, it says I would receive it the same day as my previously ordered one!!!

I used GetOEMParts because their prices… I used GetOEMParts because their prices were better than the "other guys." Unfortunately, my order status is unknown and now, after some initial communication, they are silent on their end. I sent another message on their contact page that frankly I am not even expecting a reply to, but hey let's hope I am wrong. They are not a business I will be using again.
