GBZERO Customer Service! Paid for expedited shipping and the product never arrived on the correct date. Using their chat only support, I found out that the product never even shipped, let alone on time. They have ZERO customer service. Chat only with some one based outside the US who immediately dropped the chat when I requested a refund. NO phone support at all. Not even an option to call someone. What a joke. Lots of other online stores to shop at. DO NOT buy from these guys.

GBI think you need to be an informed… I think you need to be an informed shopper these days to have a great experience. Mainly, be sure to order the correct part. That is the most important thing. If problems arise when making an incorrect choice, that is on us, not the vendor. I had a great experience, despite what I read here from less fortunate buyers.

GBOrdered a part and found out I didn't… Ordered a part and found out I didn't need it, sent an email to the support email and got no response. Tried to contact the live chat function on the website and after awhile of sitting in a queue at the same time I finally got someone after my item shipped. The guy was completely unprofessional and didn't want to cancel the order at all. Now I have to wait until it gets here and request a return.

GBI Ordered 2 seat belts order # #385414… I Ordered 2 seat belts order # #385414 was ordered on 4/2 I have not received an update other than 10 minutes ago requesting info on my order. received e-mail stating order is currently pending. I will be filling complaint at end of day with my bank if I do not get a shipping date today MY PAYMENT WAS CERTAINLY NOT PENDING......

GBThey’re quick to take your money but… They’re quick to take your money but slow to give you information or not at all about your shipment. Little to no customer service, let alone you have to stay on a chat screen waiting for excessive amount of time. No communication between the online representatives and the warehouse as to if they have items in stock, they rather say they have it to get you to spend your money at any means necessary.
