GB3 weeks with no information, no parts, but they took my money just fine... 3 weeks with no information, no parts, all while they had my money in their hands. Only information ever received was after countless attempts to connect with online chat service (which would work 1 out of every 10 tries). Never proactive updates, only reactive after I got through the chat. All information given was always vague and useless. Was first told via email 1 week after order placed that one part was unavailable and they would have to adjust invoice and shipping. 2 weeks later still no adjustment or refund for that part/shipping. Once I was able to get through chat system, was told order was on hold but individual that could help me had left for the day. Then told they would have someone get back to me with further information. Very disappointing service. Not at all reliable.

GBWorst customer service, late on everything. Bought an egr valve for a 6.7l powerstroke, told 2-4 days before shipping. 5 days later after not hearing anything I ordered another one from a local parts store. I emailed getoemparts to cancel my order, they told me it was already shipped and I would have to pay to send it back if I wanted to return it. Pathetic customer service.

GBInfamous Back Order Email I ordered a part on-line a couple months ago and have been getting the infamous, biweekly e-mails that the part in still on back order with a fulfillment date of another 2 weeks. I asked for a refund, we’ll see how long it takes and if it quick, I’ll upgrade my review of them. While did not get the part I ordered because of part ordering, they did process my refund within just a few hours and I checked my credit card and the refund is there the same day. I'll give them credit for good customer service.

GBI used GetOEMParts because their prices… I used GetOEMParts because their prices were better than the "other guys." Unfortunately, my order status is unknown and now, after some initial communication, they are silent on their end. I sent another message on their contact page that frankly I am not even expecting a reply to, but hey let's hope I am wrong. They are not a business I will be using again.

GBWorst company Worst company! One paid expedited shipping. Took over a week to ship. The had to return it and now fighting to get a refund. .do not deal with this company. Not able to call and talk .only chat ND email they don't respond to. Horrible company. Going on 3 weeks .
