Some bulbs worked, others didn't install The only good thing about this site is their low prices. I ordered 3 sets of bulbs: headlight, foglight, and led accent bulbs. The foglight and led bulbs are currently working. The headlight bulbs did not install correctly. I emailed Tracy, the customer service rep, and she explained that the would not be able to refund me because one of the plastic "turn clips" was broken off when I attempted to install the bulbs. She also told me that it was "statistically impossible" that these bulbs wouldn't install correctly. After I sent her a picture comparing their bulbs against my current bulbs, she advised me to remove the rubber ring that sealed their bulb against the headlight unit and she said this was an "obvious solution." I emailed back saying that it wouldn't be an obivous solution to remove the rubber ring that seals the bulb against moisture and debris and I thanked her for the rude tone in her emails and poor customer service. Buyer beware... if you have any issues with your purchase, they will not be resolved.

The Worst Company EVER DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS SHITTY WEBSITE!! I ordered an 1157 L.E.D. replacement bulb for my ATV brake/tail light, and it broke literally 10 minutes after I started riding. It came apart into a dozen pieces, so I emailed them about it. The stupid lady Tracy said that these were "extremely durable lights" and that I must have applied an "unusual force" to cause it to break. So she wouldn't exchange or replace it. I told her that this was unacceptable, and that I would never do business with them again. Beware of this terrible company!!

Products only okay, but customer serice usually poor I've dealt twith this company for a few transaction. While order and ship is no problem - the customer service from them is disasterous. If they send u a defective bulb, you would have to pay for the charges to ship them back first and fill out a form for exchange. Not sure how this site survived for so long with poor customer service, but thats my 2 cents.

fraudsters clicked on the link to purchase side marker connector for my camaro. recieved wrong part. seller claimed i ordered wrong part. it was the right part. the picture matched the part i held in my hand. the part number matched the manufacturer part number. the link clearly stated the right part for camaro. directed me to "right" part for mazda rx7. i drive a camaro. not the right part. doesnt even look like the right part. offered to send "right" at my expense. paypal invoice showed different part number than what i clicked on. fraudsters. paypal refunded my money.

They sent " UPGRADED" bulb that doesn't fit. Lucky Me!! I ordered very specific bulb due to dimensions of bulb. They sent completely different bulb from what I ordered. When I emailed them they claim they sent upgraded bulb. It doesn't fit so it does me no good. They're refuse to pay return shipping yet they knowingly sent wrong part. This business is a joke. Stay away.
