Very Pleased Despite Bad Reviews When I first saw the site I felt I needed to find as many reviews as possible to justify purchasing from autolumination.com. Boy was I wrong. The package arrived in two days, the bulbs were packed in a static senstive envelope, not a blister pack like most companies. Let me just provide some background before I go on - I have been purchasing LED automotive light bulbs since they first started selling them, so I know all the types and have personally owned and used them on everything from my 1995 Thunderbird and 1988 420SEL to my 2010 Escape and have purchased them all on line from eBay and directly from the merchant/manufacturer. The autolumination.com website looks like a refugee from Window98, but I was able to navigate with little difficulty. I too was questioning why their bulb was $5 more than superbrightleds' $24.95. Well first off - it's not the same bulb - duh. Whereas the superbrightleds bulb has 45 SMD units in it, it is only worh about 3w-6w of power - not much light for $25 - and this is what they term as their 'brightest' bulb. I purchased the 3w reflector bulb from superbrightleds.com and two competitor bulbs with similar and higher SMD counts - 44ea and 68ea, of these three, the 3w was far brighter, although it claims to be a 320 degree beam I seriously doubt it as light was brightest from dead center to just about 90 degrees. The autolumination.com unit sports 4 sections (3 side ovals and one forward facing dome) with 3x1w SMT bulbs behind crystal wide angle lenses = 12w a bulb - is far brighter than the 3w and flat blows 44, 45, 68 and 96 SMD units clear out of the water and worth the $30. I only wish that this bulb came with the diffuser lenses as an option to increase the light dispersion. Also it should be noted that another difference is that when the light transitions from marker to stop or turn the increase in light is extremely noticeable unlike SMD units that barely flicker or 'pulse'. Overall I say I will be doing business with this company again in the near future.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM I ordered amber-white switchbacks with expedited air international shipping ($35 add on). The parts show up 9 days later with postage listing it cost them $20.... Not a big deal. The parts were incorrect and flashed the wrong pattern. I sent an email to Tracy asking for them to send the correct ones to me and I would return the incorrect ones. She proceeded to insult me, accuse of being a liar. I provided video evidence of them installed and being tested. It is clear they are incorrect. I finally had to bight the bullet and pay my own money to have them sent back. She receives them and is still trying to blame me and my vehicle circuit. (I had previous bulbs installed working fine and these were extra replacements). She finally gives and and no only agrees to refund the list price of the bulbs and wants me to eat the cost of their shipping and my own shipping for their screw up. Not to mention through all of these she is no doubt the rudest person you will ever deal with. I'd give zero or negative stars if I could.

Fradulent site, has very bad internet reviews I saw a product that i wanted on this site, but before i bought anything from them i decided to google them. My search showed my that many persons who bought items from them were either defective or didnt last long. Many people also complained about their customer service, one reviewer showed that they denied selling a product that he had bought from them. Also this company does not have a contact number, never buy anything from any site that does not have a working contact number. Always call first and ask a few questions about the product your interested in.

Defective products dissimilar to advertised are "just the way they are" Bought the LED neon tube on their site. While the red one gave the advertised effect neither green nor blue did. The tubing was transparent and completely fails to diffuse the light from the LED core as advertised. After ignoring my initial email and being told I was "confused" they finally said "that's just the way they are".

I purchased a set of type 74 bulbs for… I purchased a set of type 74 bulbs for my cars instrument cluster. After replacing the bulbs I immediately noticed they were flickering. Wanting to make sure that it wasn't installer error I waited until I had the chance to pull my cluster again and re check my connections I did this and put everything back together. I then contacted the seller and he proceeded to blame me for damaging the bulbs and trying to make me pay for replacements for his DOA product. We went back and forth and he has refused to make things right. The owner if this company does not stand behind his product. I suggest looking elsewhere for bulbs.
