bad products, but they make up for it with a lousy attitude for customer service very simply, the sent me product that didn't work as advertised. one of the two lamps they sent me broke off in my hand as i removed it. they are only willing to refund me for the one lamp that isn't broken. I'm done with these fools. that give a bad name to internet auto accessory firms

I purchased a set of type 74 bulbs for… I purchased a set of type 74 bulbs for my cars instrument cluster. After replacing the bulbs I immediately noticed they were flickering. Wanting to make sure that it wasn't installer error I waited until I had the chance to pull my cluster again and re check my connections I did this and put everything back together. I then contacted the seller and he proceeded to blame me for damaging the bulbs and trying to make me pay for replacements for his DOA product. We went back and forth and he has refused to make things right. The owner if this company does not stand behind his product. I suggest looking elsewhere for bulbs.

Autolumination.com will not correct their own errors Autolumination.com sent me parts that looked completely different than what I ordered and what is pictured on their website. I sent them pictures of what they sent and they will not admit to sending me wrong parts. Also they will not refund my shipping cost and want me to pay for return shipping. This is a lousy business operation and website. BEWARE before you buy!

Do not even bother. No customer service. Do not even bother. Look closely at the reviews. If there is any issue, you are screwed. I placed an order for 120 bulbs from their website. 60 were the wrong color but they took my money and sent them anyway. Later they said they no longer had that color. I said you should have asked me what I wanted to do before you blindly sent the wrong bulbs. Back and forth it went. Final answer : They want me to pay return shipping and then pay a restocking fee. Real lacklustre business practice. Do yourself a favor and buy elsewhere.

ALL THEY SENT WAS THE GARBAGE ! I ordered two Par 38 LED lamps and what I got is outrageous.....one lamp is broken internally...not from shipping since the box is OK...and the other is without a protective cover over the internal high voltage components and LED's. I tried the lamps to see if they worked....at my own personal risk...and guess what, they don't work. So now its going to cost me even more to send them back. Clearly this company is a fraud and should not be allowed to continue business DANGER ! DANGER ! DON'T USE THIS COMPANY
