GBI purchased a set of type 74 bulbs for… I purchased a set of type 74 bulbs for my cars instrument cluster. After replacing the bulbs I immediately noticed they were flickering. Wanting to make sure that it wasn't installer error I waited until I had the chance to pull my cluster again and re check my connections I did this and put everything back together. I then contacted the seller and he proceeded to blame me for damaging the bulbs and trying to make me pay for replacements for his DOA product. We went back and forth and he has refused to make things right. The owner if this company does not stand behind his product. I suggest looking elsewhere for bulbs.

GBBEWARE-False Advertising Website shows a picture of a genuine, all Philips HID conversion kit. Description reads '100% Philips HID Kit'. Wrong. Received nothing in factory packaging, everything just thrown into a box for shipping. Ballasts were correct, but with cheap looking Chinese bulbs. When I provided a photo of the actual Philips bulb to Tracy, there was no direct response other than the ones sent to me are "wonderful bulbs". As if I'm not supposed to notice getting ripped-off and just install them. I did return the kit for a refund but did not avoid a re-stocking fee that should not have been charged due to their false advertising. It appears the company is doing OK as the average tract home on E. Beachcomber Dr. has been replaced by a much nicer house on E. Vallejo Ct. in Gilbert AZ.

GBAutolumination.com will not correct their own errors Autolumination.com sent me parts that looked completely different than what I ordered and what is pictured on their website. I sent them pictures of what they sent and they will not admit to sending me wrong parts. Also they will not refund my shipping cost and want me to pay for return shipping. This is a lousy business operation and website. BEWARE before you buy!

GBSome bulbs worked, others didn't install The only good thing about this site is their low prices. I ordered 3 sets of bulbs: headlight, foglight, and led accent bulbs. The foglight and led bulbs are currently working. The headlight bulbs did not install correctly. I emailed Tracy, the customer service rep, and she explained that the would not be able to refund me because one of the plastic "turn clips" was broken off when I attempted to install the bulbs. She also told me that it was "statistically impossible" that these bulbs wouldn't install correctly. After I sent her a picture comparing their bulbs against my current bulbs, she advised me to remove the rubber ring that sealed their bulb against the headlight unit and she said this was an "obvious solution." I emailed back saying that it wouldn't be an obivous solution to remove the rubber ring that seals the bulb against moisture and debris and I thanked her for the rude tone in her emails and poor customer service. Buyer beware... if you have any issues with your purchase, they will not be resolved.

GBOwner cussed and screamed Ordered 5 pigtails from this company, they shipped an empty pkg. These crooks live in a million dollar home )and yet are willing to screw you over for a few dollars. His wife Tracy called and yelled and screamed and made threats against us. Don't order from this company as they are already being investigated for mail fraud
