Wish I ran across this page before I… Wish I ran across this page before I rented my car for my son's birthday gift and Christmas present to Disney. Booked online and paid but had a horrible experience spent hours waiting for my car to be cleaned and ready for pick up after going back and forth with agents about additional charges ie $100 debit card charge and $50 Sun Pass charge. I was one of the lucky ones I guess after talking with many of the other frustrated customers who were also waiting for hours on Christmas Day with reservations but no cars. Lesson learned and paid for. DO NOT RENT WITH THIS COMPANY!

I least a car with Green Motion last… I least a car with Green Motion last year while on holiday in Italy. The car had damage all around it, small dents and scratches, but nothing too severe, it was all noted on the paperwork. My deposit was 900 Euros and I was told it would be deposited back into my bank account within 14 days of the end of my trip. When I dropped off the car, I took pictures of it from all angles as it was very early in the morning with no one around. I have been trying to get a response from Green Motion for 7 months about the return of my deposit. I now have an email from them claiming there was damage on the vehicle and along with a damage report they sent a photo of scratches on a car of similar colour without any proof it's the same vehicle. I have learned the hard way not to trust this rental company, after 7 months they pulled this stunt. I will not use Green Motion again this year, they are clearly desperate to make money. Terrible customer service Terrible customer service. Would not return calls after multiple messages were left. Hidden fees from what was originally quoted. Would not work with customer to resolve issues/complaints. Cars are not good quality. Edit: Thanks for the automated reply green motion on a public forum. But I’ve tried multiple attempts to contact you with no success. Your customer service, cars, the whole company is truly awful…a scam. I hope your representatives sleep well at night knowing their pockets are lined from all the hidden fees/charges that are handed to the customer.

Zero stars. Bad company Zero stars! Horrible company we reserved through Priceline for a great rate at a place 'on the airport'. It was a long ride to the place which had no other customers when we arrived. They insisted that we buy more insurance in spite of having Progressive which was displayed on their acceptable insurance sign. They insisted we show our declarations page to prove we had this weird number: $300.000,000. They called it 3 hundred thousand dollars. Nobody carries that. They had us at severe disadvantage because we were in a strange area needing to get on our way. So we paid it. They charged the one other couple even more ...adding on toll charges. Don't use this Green Motion company. It's sketchy!

Horrible Horrible. Total scam. Do not use this company trust me. The cost you see on Priceline is not the real cost. There is an insurance scam as well. I would have done myself a huge favor if I just rented a car from the airport. I give this company a F.
