I purchased a Zubie with in car wifi I purchased a Zubie with in car wifi, it The in car wifi stopped working and instead of admitting the problem was a Verizon change we fiddle around with support for 6 weeks. It was fine while It was working but in the end I should have been offered my money back.

This company is horrible at follow-up This company is horrible at follow-up. Weeks of missed demos, non-responses and lack of follow-through. How can you possibly learn about the product with this type of service. Why would you even want this service if this is the customer service experience. 9/25/18 - response to Hillary- Jeff is well aware of my info and I have the emails to prove it. I reached out to him, and he asked for my availability and I responded and still have not heard back from him. The same with the original demo. He claimed he didn't have my number in an email. At that point I was already trying out Hum since the response was so delayed. I didn't like Hum so I reached back out to him and as I personally stated, he asked my availability, I gave it and never heard back.

Zubie not much use to me All I get from Zubie is a report on my driving (breaking too much etc.) My almost constant ON motor light gets a code, with the explanation "lean bank" which neither I nor my mechanic understands. To be fair, I want to mention that my son bought the Zubie for me, maybe he wants to check on my driving! But one thing is for sure: Zubie should explain the code better than "lean bank".

Their cheaper device operates on… Their cheaper device operates on T-Mobile and the service is sub par at best.. I purchased the Verizon model because I wanted good coverage and real time tracking but that too was very sub par... despite the use of the Verizon network. When I tried to resell the device zubie refused to support the device refused to help the new customer pair the device to their new account, and expired my previous link qr code. I ended up with a useless paperweight. Will never by zubie again.

Honestly I thought this device would be… Honestly I thought this device would be more useful with adding automation to my automotive. The wifi could have been more robust as far as speed and availability of use. Full car monitoring would have been a great feature for full vehicle diagnostics.i have removed this device for both cars. It was a waste of money.
