GBI spent over $3000 on Off road light… I spent over $3000 on Off road light bar, employees had no idea whatsoever as to how to install the lights. It is going to cost me hundreds of dollars to have their shotty work corrected, if you’re smart you will not do business with these people, I never will again!

GBSTAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL… STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST!!!!!! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOEXISTENT!!!!!!! SAT ON HOLD FOR 2 HOURS ON TWO DIFFERENT OCCASIONS JUST TO BE HUNG UP ON OR DISCONNECTED PRODUCT DIDN'T SHIP WHEN I WAS TOLD THEY ARE HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!

GBVery poor customer service & communication I ordered a brake line on June 7. My card was charged immediately, and I received a confirmation of order with a message stating to allow 1-3 business for tracking information to appear. It is now June 27th, and I still do not have part. I have tried calling with no answer (left a voicemail explaining my issue and requesting a call back, which I never received), I sent 2 emails requesting an update, which were never answered, and finally sent an email 5 days ago requesting a refund which also has not been answered. I was able to order a brake line from Summit, received it in 3 days and saved $24, while receiving email updates from them at every step. Save your money and shop elsewhere...any where else.

GBgreat experience great experience. I didn't know much about wheels and tires for my new truck and there local store people were very nice and explained to me how the fitments and sizes worked and they got everything installed in 1 day

GBI'm still waiting on a response of them… I'm still waiting on a response of them just sending me a few bolts and washers instead of my stabilizer mount like I ordered,, guess they don't care what their business looks like and or their customers,, oh well we can't make them.. lol
