Able to obtain quickly the part needed for my Eleglide bike Had some damage to the brake leaver of my bike and was delighted to see that Eleglide were able to supply the replacement part and at reasonable cost. Bearing in mind the part came from within the UK and was being delivered to a UK address, I thought the shipping charges were somewhat excessive for a small envelope sized parcel.. However, good to see that a good majority of parts are available for my MI Plus electric bike if needed.

I recently brought an electric bike… I recently brought an electric bike eleglide T1 on 24th october 2023. The overall performance of the product is too bad. Purchasing this product is really a worst decision i had ever taken. Quality of the tyre is too bad it got punctured in 4 times within 2 weeks. I lost lots of money in repairing this product. Battery performance is not up to the standards assured by the Eleglide website. Motor got stucks several times while riding the bike. I never recommend this product to anyone because it is not worthy for this price.

Great bike . Yes overall I have had a good time with my M2 , I got it last October , my friend helped me put together, so after 6 months I can give you a good and honest review , the good points , battery is so powerful , 1 week is the norm , really good , brakes are ok as well no issues , the control panel is nice , 1_5 power modes , number 3 is the sweet point , on hills 4 is great , in fact I haven't yet used number 5 on hills and i am 95 kilos ! Shimano gearing is pretty basic but adequate, kenda tires nice and strong , but a month ago I had a puncture, but it happens to most people, now the negative , just small ones really , no back light , so I had to put one on , not end of the world , also the cus care not that good , a few weeks ago I had issues with my pedal assist , it was cutting out , so I emailed eleglide , no response , so I contacted the shop in London I got it from , Electric scooters London , based in Twickenham, they sent me an email with a video telling me to clean sensor near the crank and it worked , i was so happy , i was riding one week with no power!!.Anyway to sum up , for ,,,,£700 its souch good a deal , i really recommend this e bike ..
