Very very bad service Very very bad service. Comes with fake dangerous plug that can’t be used in the Uk. Bike arrived was faulty and damaged and customer service would not fix. Apparently Uk and Irish trading standards are monitoring eleglide

Overall a good budget bike. Overall a good budget bike. However after a year of constant failure and adjustment of both brakes I decided to spend £30 on new brake calipers. Battery after a year of average use is still good after a 1 hr 45min, 26km ride in hilly mid-wales. The brakes have been a problem and I'd recommend anyone buying to swap them out rather than take a risk.

I had a problem with my M1+ I had a problem with my M1+ I couldn't get the back wheel back on properly it just wouldn't spin or freewheel. I sent customer service a email explaining my problem, A reply came back within 2 hours with pictures and a video clip showing how to refit the wheel correctly. My M1+ is now back on the road and my 9 Mile trip to work is a breeze. Thank you Customer services

2 weeks have passed and the delivery… 2 weeks have passed and the delivery still hasn't arrived and he didn't tell me when it would arrive

Deeply Disappointed with Eleglide M1 - A Regrettable Purchase Bought an Eleglide M1 and it's been nothing but a nightmare! Only 2 months in and the display goes kaput, then the pedal assist joins the dead. What's the point if it doesn't even do what it's supposed to? This isn't what I signed up for. I'm beyond frustrated. I didn't shell out my hard-earned money for a glorified paperweight. It's unacceptable and I demand a refund or compensation. Selling a product this unreliable is a joke. Fix your mess, Eleglide. Buyers, consider yourselves warned. Steer clear unless you want to throw your money away.
