Great bike, very repair friendly Generally, very satisfied with the bike itself. Great Bike and great experience overall. A couple of weeks ago, I had a small problem with the bike, and contacted the support team. Even though they are not available on site, they have provided me with spare parts (for free, since the bike was still in the 1-year guarantee), and also provided repair videos and I could easily repair my bike. I use the bike almost every day, and it has been a very enjoyable experience.

Very very bad service Very very bad service. Comes with fake dangerous plug that can’t be used in the Uk. Bike arrived was faulty and damaged and customer service would not fix. Apparently Uk and Irish trading standards are monitoring eleglide

Deeply Disappointed with Eleglide M1 - A Regrettable Purchase Bought an Eleglide M1 and it's been nothing but a nightmare! Only 2 months in and the display goes kaput, then the pedal assist joins the dead. What's the point if it doesn't even do what it's supposed to? This isn't what I signed up for. I'm beyond frustrated. I didn't shell out my hard-earned money for a glorified paperweight. It's unacceptable and I demand a refund or compensation. Selling a product this unreliable is a joke. Fix your mess, Eleglide. Buyers, consider yourselves warned. Steer clear unless you want to throw your money away.

Able to obtain quickly the part needed for my Eleglide bike Had some damage to the brake leaver of my bike and was delighted to see that Eleglide were able to supply the replacement part and at reasonable cost. Bearing in mind the part came from within the UK and was being delivered to a UK address, I thought the shipping charges were somewhat excessive for a small envelope sized parcel.. However, good to see that a good majority of parts are available for my MI Plus electric bike if needed.
