GBMy Rad experience Pro's:- Really fast shipping, received my Radrunner in 4 or 5 days since placing the order for my Radrunner 1 Overall, really good products and 1st rate customer service and back up. I also bought loads of upgrade packages, which is also very useful and excellent value too. Effectively, transforming my Rad 1 to a Rad2. I still need help with fitting the fender's though. I wish now though I'd ordered a Radrunner Plus. Any chance of an exchange?

GBI have reached you many times regarding… I have reached you many times regarding the same issue. The faulty bike I have bought has a chronic issue. Issue is persist after many many Problems that I was experiencing a year and a half ago was solved temporarily by you for this faulty product that I have been sold. The brain inside of the hub, pedal support and the battery have been replaced. The issue now is, pedal support doesn't work at all so I won't be able to use the bike, again. Plus the battery is dead too, again. From now on I do expect to be offered a permanent solution otherwise I will be seeking legal advice to see my options for being treated unfairly from your company.

GBFirstly the Radrunner is a good bike BUT..... Firstly the Radrunner is a good bike BUT... VERY heavy but also very strong. The standard speed controller is poor and with very inconsistent speed control - on flat tarmac top speed would fluctuate buy 3mph randomly, sometimes when slowing down bike would not speed up again just remain at speed you slowed down too. I upgraded to the digital display and that sorted those issues out. My biggest complaint however is the standard tyres, which have NO grip what so ever in damp/wet conditions and I mean that in a dangerous way - even going slow into a corner the front wheel will slide. Top speed also drops off inline with battery drain 20mph at 100%, 18mph at 80%, 16mph at 60%, 15mph at 40% and >14mph at 20%

GBVery happy 100 miles in Having not cycled for thirty years +, i bought the Radrunner+ to ditch the car for short daily round trip journeys (mostly with child on back) of up to 10 miles, weather permitting. I’m using the bike most days, and actually look forward to the journey. I think the real test of both frequency of use and build quality will come after the winter had passed but first impressions are very positive. My only critique would be some grease should be supplied with the bike. Assembly was also pretty straightforward for a novice like me.

GBdreadful customer service the bike is ok (heavy and difficult to turn, but so much cheaper than the competition you can overlook that) but the customer services is AWFUL. you either get 0 responses for 2 weeks or 4 different agents all email you on the same day. responses are inadequate and every time you email you open a brand new ticket and have to go through the entire rigmarole with a brand new person. i've been waiting for an accessories refund for 3 months. i would say - avoid.
