GBWhat a bunch of cowards What a bunch of cowards! They advertise a sale of their bikes but fail to say that the company is pulling out of Europe altogether. The email addresses no longer work and the website has been closed - and to Hell with their customers. American commerce at its very worst.

GBEasy to use but uncomfortable saddle. I purchased a radrunner plus a few weeks ago and have been out on it a few times. Overall I really like the mechanics of the bike. It is easy to operate and is serving its purpose which is to get me out and about. I suffer with several chronic pain conditions and muscle weakness meaning that a regular pushbike isn’t an option for me and I needed an e-bike with enough power to get me around in the Lake District where I live. The only disappointing thing about the bike is the saddle. It is VERY uncomfortable. I feel as though I’m sliding forward on it and am struggling to find a comfortable riding position as a result. I am somewhat annoyed that I’m going to have to pay to replace it with a more comfortable one.

GBGlad to be Rad The bike is very robust and easy to assemble. The upright riding position and step through frame makes it confidence inspiring, comfortable and stable to ride and with the possible low saddle position, easy to get on and off of. You wouldn't want to carry it far but the walk mode works well, so you don't have to. It's no mountain goat but perfect for urban roads and at home on park or trail paths. Very good value but it doesn't look or feel like a budget product. Delivery and customer contact, all you would expect. Happy I bought it.

GBExceeded all expectations Seamless service from online order to delivery. Beautifully packed and easy to assemble. While assembling we noticed that the Rad Runner 2 is a quality product from top to bottom. Now it's up and running it has exceeded expectations on all fronts. Everyone wants to use it. Very pleased.

GBVery happy 100 miles in Having not cycled for thirty years +, i bought the Radrunner+ to ditch the car for short daily round trip journeys (mostly with child on back) of up to 10 miles, weather permitting. I’m using the bike most days, and actually look forward to the journey. I think the real test of both frequency of use and build quality will come after the winter had passed but first impressions are very positive. My only critique would be some grease should be supplied with the bike. Assembly was also pretty straightforward for a novice like me.
