GBWhat a bunch of cowards What a bunch of cowards! They advertise a sale of their bikes but fail to say that the company is pulling out of Europe altogether. The email addresses no longer work and the website has been closed - and to Hell with their customers. American commerce at its very worst.

GBI bought my RadBike last year in… I bought my RadBike last year in October 2022 it was delivered in 10 working days. Putting all parts was very easy / you can follow instructions book or video. Using my bike every day work/nursery/shopping family trips... its been pleasure.

GBGlad to be Rad The bike is very robust and easy to assemble. The upright riding position and step through frame makes it confidence inspiring, comfortable and stable to ride and with the possible low saddle position, easy to get on and off of. You wouldn't want to carry it far but the walk mode works well, so you don't have to. It's no mountain goat but perfect for urban roads and at home on park or trail paths. Very good value but it doesn't look or feel like a budget product. Delivery and customer contact, all you would expect. Happy I bought it.

GBFirst ebike I bought a Rad runner 2 which is my first ebike so I can't compare it to anything else but I am glad I did. The price was just over £800 delivered which is great and the bike is a solid well built bike which after watching the instruction online to build and set the bike up was quiet easy. After using it for a few weeks now it rides well after getting used to the weight and I have had a few people asking me about it and saying it looks good.

GBdreadful customer service the bike is ok (heavy and difficult to turn, but so much cheaper than the competition you can overlook that) but the customer services is AWFUL. you either get 0 responses for 2 weeks or 4 different agents all email you on the same day. responses are inadequate and every time you email you open a brand new ticket and have to go through the entire rigmarole with a brand new person. i've been waiting for an accessories refund for 3 months. i would say - avoid.
