Bakcou Mule step thru 24" Purchased a Bakcou Mule step thru 24". The pedals drag the ground when you turn or corner. 25% restocking fee to return a dangerous/hazardous bike. I would never have purchased this bike after test riding it. My advise to avoid a $5k mistake. Ride a bike in a store, then buy one.

Headlight Issue Over the weekend I had my headlight quit working. Contacted Chris early Monday morning, they had a new headlight shipped that day and by Wednesday I was back to night riding! could not be happier with the service I have received so far!! top notch service and even better bike.

NO RESPONSE OR BIKE I ordered a Cruzer from a company called Urban E. I finally received the bike and is was in fair condition, the instructions to put it together could have been easier and had a better explanation. I have ridden the bike and ii is easy to handle and comfortable. I have had both knees replaced and mounting it is much easier than other bikes. I think in the long run it will serve me well.

Impressed with Customer service and Quality of my ebike! The excitement of receiving my Cheetah Ebike was making my day very long. The moment Fedex showed up with that long well packaged box I found myself like a kid with his first large toy. I ride my bike 20 miles a day, from home to work every day. The excitement 4 weeks after receiving this bike still has me well within its grip. Chris at Urban E-Bikes has been very communicative via Email every step of the way. Fast response to questions, Great customer Services. I received the last few items for my bike yesterday and Like a kid I rushed home to place everything on my bike. Finders, Light protective cover, Rack for my Saddle bags... To say I am impressed with Urban E-Bikes is an understatement.

EW 36 Great Scooter I ordered an EW29 Trike it took awhile for it to be delivered Chris stayed on top of it when it arrived my wife hated the trike E Wheels messed up on this trike horrible design Chris made the arrangements to ship it back it cost me $475.00 I then placed an order for an Ew 36 scooter with a discount from Chris again it took time for shipping but Chris again stayed on top of it when it arrived my wife loves it she rides this scooter every day thanks Chris for making my wife’s life more pleasant by being able to get out of the house. very soon we will order a EW 46 scooter because we both want to enjoy being outdoors together Thanks Chris
