I is so much fun to ride and easy to operate; it is also really a great looking E trike! Kris and Ruz were both very helpful and answered all of my many questions. I purchased a Delfast Ebike from here. I purchased a Delfast Ebike from here.. 19 months go by and my battery is dead.. it was only left sitting with a full charge for one month.. I’ve made several attempts to contact them about this issue and haven’t heard a word.. I see a lot of good reviews about good customer service.. But idk.. 🤷🏼.. Did this place sell me a 7,000.00 ebike with an old battery and leave me in the lurch.. Perhaps....

I love my new bike I love my new bike. I would have given it 5 stars but your support team on the internet was zero help when it came to basic questions about putting it together. We were able to put it all together but it would have been nice to have had some of our questions answered from the company we bought it from.

A short term order turned out to be a… A short term order turned out to be a long term. It was therefore canceled. This wasn't expected by me because Urban ebikes website was misleading and stated that the triec would be shipped in 8 to 10 days. I should have heeded the other reviews. Gave 2 stars because of very polite and helpful administrative assistant.

It was a successful assembly with… It was a successful assembly with compassionate service. This is a personal challenge for me, after my serious stroke 10 years ago. The tricycle will cring me security and balance on the road. Will start giving a first trial after the elections complete. Thank you!
