NO RESPONSE OR BIKE I ordered a Cruzer from a company called Urban E. I finally received the bike and is was in fair condition, the instructions to put it together could have been easier and had a better explanation. I have ridden the bike and ii is easy to handle and comfortable. I have had both knees replaced and mounting it is much easier than other bikes. I think in the long run it will serve me well.

Great communications, Great people to work with. Urban e-bikes comes highly recommended and I found their communication via email and phone exceptional. I am impressed with how they helped me with each question. My bike was well packaged and quickly shipped.

I purchased a Delfast Ebike from here. I purchased a Delfast Ebike from here.. 19 months go by and my battery is dead.. it was only left sitting with a full charge for one month.. I’ve made several attempts to contact them about this issue and haven’t heard a word.. I see a lot of good reviews about good customer service.. But idk.. 🤷🏼.. Did this place sell me a 7,000.00 ebike with an old battery and leave me in the lurch.. Perhaps....

I love my new bike I love my new bike. I would have given it 5 stars but your support team on the internet was zero help when it came to basic questions about putting it together. We were able to put it all together but it would have been nice to have had some of our questions answered from the company we bought it from.
