Let me start by saying Let me start by saying, I love this bike!! I’ve made quite a few changes to make it what it is today. Like: suspended forks, front 1000W hub motor, mirrors, high beam with flashing light, and a suspended seat post. A lot of trial and error because no one knows what to do with parts like the front fender after upgrading to the Revi suspended forks and the front hub motor. You can’t re-mount the fender(very frustrating) with the mounting holes offered because it will keep the shock in the fork from traveling,@#*, stupid design!

NO RESPONSE OR BIKE I ordered a Cruzer from a company called Urban E. I finally received the bike and is was in fair condition, the instructions to put it together could have been easier and had a better explanation. I have ridden the bike and ii is easy to handle and comfortable. I have had both knees replaced and mounting it is much easier than other bikes. I think in the long run it will serve me well.

There are better places to buy a bike. They sell bikes they don't have. After waiting over 6 months for a bike that was always a couple weeks away from shipping I asked for refund. Urban-E-Bikes charged me over $100 processing fee that was "standard procedure, it’s in our return policy".

Great assortment I'm fond of riding a bike and actually I can't go somewhere without taking my bike with me. In my opinion, active sports are the best creation ever existed. I believe that people must do active sports in order to stay healthy and never have problems with their health. However, recently my favorite bike has broken and I have decided to seek for a new one. I chose this company, becuase I liked the assortment here. Managers explained me all the details and sent me a bike. It has come within a week and now I'm the happiest man on the earth again.

I had quite a few questions and Chris was amazing and answered all of them in a very timely manner! Would order another bike from this company in a heartbeat!
