GBI bought an Emojo electric bike several… I bought an Emojo electric bike several years ago, on line. Then let it set for over a year and the battery died. After lots of searching and e-mails, I found this outlet in CA that was kind enough to walk me through identifying the battery type I needed and of course helping me repace the dead one. Nice quick responses and easy instructions.

GBUnresponsive customer service Unresponsive customer service My bike arrived in a damaged box 4 days ago. The frame was sticking out of the end of one of the cartons. The paint is chipped. I took pictures and immediately emailed them to emojo. No response. I called and left a message, and I got no response. I called the next day and reached an actual live human, and she said that they needed more pictures. I sent more pictures and got no response. So I called and left a message again and got no response. I have a $3,000 tricycle that can't be assembled and no ETA on a replacement frame. Not having anybody call me back makes me think they're trying to extend the delay so that 7 days go by, and I can't return it.

GBGood Caddy Pro but poor customer follow up to get a replacement battery Assembled the bike and battery was inoperable. Poor written assembly instructions. Called the battery problem in Friday and no help. Back all day working with Emojo trying to get a new battery coming. No one returned any of my comms- emails or voicemails. Quality of the trike seems good with exception of the battery but can’t fully test it. Very dissatisfied with the customer service trying to get a problem corrected. This should have been a 5 minute troubleshooting call and then quick follow up to get a replacement battery coming. Hope this is not a preview of future customer service if I have another problem.

The web sight is great, ordering process is good, nothing has shipped as yet "been a week" so no feedback on the product can be given at this point.
