GBI received the wrong bike rack by… I received the wrong bike rack by mistake. I contacted Emojo customer service and Sabrina Robinson, Emojo Rockstar, arranged for the return and shipped out the correct unit. Seamless and very fast. Kevin

GBVery mixed feelings The first thing which I ordered did not have the necessary bolt. They said that it would be sent but it never was. The second thing which I ordered online was out of stock and took more than a month to get. Their order system should be connected to inventory to alert buyers of backordered items before the order. The third item arrived in a timely manner. So 1 out of 3 orders went smoothly. Additionally, their responsiveness to emails has not been very good. Some of my emails took multiple resends to get a response.

GBI've purchased and enjoy my Emojo Caddy… I've purchased and enjoy my Emojo Caddy Pro trike. I find the guality and the way this trike is put together to be of high standards. I've since purchased excessaries on line and found that process to be of the same although I was a little disappointed at the scarcity of excessaries. I would highly recommend the Emojo products for ebike purchases.
