fast delivery, but some problems Got the bikes fast. that was great. No instructions on how to put the bike together, not so good. Not getting a reply when I emailed for printable instructions, really not good. It is a good thing my son is a mechanic and has his own tools as the tool kit that is part of the kit is not appropriate or useful. Please keep in mind that not everyone has a "smart" phone and are unable to "scan" the QR code for the instructions. Please make a copy available on your site in PDF or other printable format. Pro Tip: for those that are DIY, you will need a metric wrench set (8-17mm), metric hex key(Allen wrench) set,box cutter/knife, side cutters, vise grips/pliers, small Phillips (P1) screwdriver and a 3/8 blade flat tip screwdriver.

Good thing I had my own tools. Assembly was accomplished reviewing the YouTube assembly guidance, replaying sections over & over because it often went fast through what was actually a series of steps. Mounting the tail light was left out. (It is unlikely that I could have done the assembly without the video.) Good thing I had my own hex wrenches & socket wrenches. The tools provided did not cover all the tool needs. The etrike works great.

Great Customer Service 5star Purchased a electric bike from an authorized dealer, but wanted to ad something new and unique. I gave them a call and went to their OC distribution center and they made it so easy in helping me upgrade to my requests . No hassle easy going company.

Very mixed feelings The first thing which I ordered did not have the necessary bolt. They said that it would be sent but it never was. The second thing which I ordered online was out of stock and took more than a month to get. Their order system should be connected to inventory to alert buyers of backordered items before the order. The third item arrived in a timely manner. So 1 out of 3 orders went smoothly. Additionally, their responsiveness to emails has not been very good. Some of my emails took multiple resends to get a response.

FedEx has been waiting for over a week… FedEx has been waiting for over a week for a package Emojo said has been shipped. Zero replies from my emails to support days ago. HORRIBLE non-existent customer support. Answer your damn emails!
